Good service especially free taxi to Airport.

아주 좋았어요. 코로나로 호텔내 식당이 문을 닫아서 조금 아쉬웠어요.

1인이 입실일 기준 1일차 1실, 2일차 1실 총 2실을 예약했음. 그런데 2일차 입실 시 예약 확인도 제대로 하지 않고, 예약이 안되어 있다고 입실을 허가해 주지 않다가, 다시 확인해서 결국 입실시켜 줌. 심지어 Hotels.com 예약 확인 서류(예약 번호 확인 가능)를 주었음에도 규정이 어쩌고 하면서 예약 확인을 제대로 하지 않았음. 정말 이런 경우는 드물지만, 가끔 예약을 했음에도 확인되지 않는 경우가 있기는 함. 그런데 보통은 이런 경우 본인 호텔에 온 것을 환영하며, 예약 확인이 어렵다. 그렇지만 공실 유무를 먼저 확인해보고 공실이 있으면 호텔에 머물게 해 주고, 예약 확인을 차후 진행하는 것이 정상인데, 이런 경우는 처음 봄. Hilton Hotel 이름에 어울리지 않음. 기타 위치가 공항 바로 옆이라 잠시 머무르는 사람에게는 괜찮을 것 같음. 다만 주변에 볼 것이 없으므로, 아침 일찍 산책이나, 석식 후 산책은 어려움.

체크인은 느렸어요. 앞에 사람이랑 뭔 얘기를 하는지 한참 걸렸어요. 바르샤바에서 레이오버하느라 예약했는데 공항에서 30분마다 셔틀이 있고 호텔에서 공항까지도 무료로 태워다줘서 폴란드 돈 환전할 필요 없이 편하게 왔다갔다했어요. 호텔에서 공항까지 올 때는 호텔에서 직접 운영하는 셔틀이 없는 시간이었는데 택시를 불러줘서 편했어요. 추가요금을 지불할 필요 없이 호텔측에서 비용을 대 줬고요. 조식은 보통이었어요. 와플기계가 있는 건 좋았는데 베이컨 등이 제 때 채워져있지 않았어요. 종류가 많은 편은 아니었어요. 그래도 요거트 좋아하는 분들은 좋을 것 같아요. 요거트가 냉장고에 종류별로 있었어요. 그런데 우유가 조금 상했던 건지 같이 아침 먹은 친구가 하루종일 속이 안 좋다고 했어요.

공항에서 호텔로 이동하는 벤이 늦게 와서 택시를 선택했다는 점외엔 완벽합니다. 시가지가 좀 멀어요.

Hotel staff - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, our stay was pleasant.

We stayed here our last night in Poland. We chose this location to be close to the airport for our departure the following morning. This was the 5th hotel we stayed at during our 2 week vacation and this was by far the best!!!! Room was quiet, clean & had just enough room for us to relax. Breakfast was delicious & most sanitary in comparison to all the other places we stayed. Free punctual & full service shuttle to the airport. I only wish we considered this hotel for our main stay. We also had dinner here the evening we checked in ... it was very tasty & not overly overpriced as one might expect in a hotel restaurant. Recommend 100%.

Cheaper than those inside the airport, yet virtually at the airport

Shuttle to the hotel wasn’t available when I needed it and itaxi didn’t seem to exist. Otherwise the hotel is a great option when you're flying out.

Impossible to turn the heat on to whatever temperature you want. No matter how high you set it it remains the same. Super cold in the room waking up. Staff was ok.

Cozy place near airport we love that

We stayed for 2 nights. Small rooms, no refrigerator unfortunately, but room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was ok. We really liked the coffee machine. I wish they had jam or jelly for the bread. Free shuttle to the airport was great. Hotel is located 2 min walk to the bus stop. We took bus 175 and it took us to Old Town. So very convenient. Will stay there again when in Warsaw.

I liked that Hampton by Hilton is located close to the airport and offers free shuttle. They also included a complimentary breakfast for our stay which was delicious and there was a lot to chose from. The room was great, perfect for 3 people. The staff members were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Dated, Tired. Not much choice for breakfast.

The front desk employee was friendly and helpful. I was glad that my room was ready when I arrived, after my travels, before regular check in. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and crispy. Food at the restaurant was fantastic! Thank you!

The hotel was nice and clean.It’s location was excellent and near to the airport. Free airport transfer and hot breakfast make it worth staying,definitely recommend this property.

I checked in on August 2nd for one night and accidentally booked the assisted room. The staff were excellent that night, bed was comfortable and it was the perfect stop before a long flight.
