Room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice. We had to change rooms midweek and they were so accommodating

Virkelig pænt hotel med pæne værelser - dog med underlige lagner med gummibagside på dobbeltsengen - lidt underlige at ligge på. Der var en del støj fra gaden, men ellers er beliggenheden god. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker, og personalet var søde og imødekommende - på nær den unge kvinde der tjekkede os ind, som var sur og skrap!

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The the room itself was clean. The location is also convenient for getting around. I will say, and we knew this going into it, the street noise of the bars nearby can get loud but I didn't mind it, its typical city noise. As for the noise from within the hotel is a different story... I am used to thin walls in a hotel, but every noise from every surrounding room sounded like it was coming from inside of our room. Every door somehow closed with such a loud bang it would wake me up. I know the intimate details of the relationship problems with the couple next door. Not to mention the night one of them said they drank too much and then was loudly sick in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, ours did not have a fan (or the fan wasn't working) so you had no privacy in there either. Also, the cleaning staff missed something things when they cleaned up the room but that isn't a huge deal. I'm giving it 4 stars but really the noise issues make it 3.5.

Great location. Clean and modern rooms.

Værelset var virkelig fint. Stort, rummeligt og rent. Personalet var rigtig søde, og lod os tjekke ind 5 timer før aftalt tid, da værelset var klar. Vi prøvede morgenmaden på afrejse dagen, og den var ikke specielt god.

The rooms, lobby, food and most importantly the staff were absolutely amazing!!! Love it

The staff on reception at check-in (this was 01:30) was very efficient and quick. The room was clean, spacious and airy. Location of the hotel was great for the Jewish quarter, for food and drinks. With good transport links close by.

Have always stayed nearer the old town before but this area is better for food and drink. Breakfast too pricey so didn't bother but plenty nearby. Room was modern and clean but if you're there for a weekend try and avoid the ground floor. Taxi rank right outside and, lots of places open until the wee hours and the windows aren't soundproofed. Friday night was our last night and noticed such a difference! Staff were generally great and friendly.

Huoneet olivat siistit ja kauniisti sisustettu. Aamupala oli runsas ja maistuva. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Sijainti oli myös hyvä!

People were nice and I got exactly what I paid for.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Estera. It was right in the middle of the jews town, so convenient for food shopping, bars, night club, museums, old town (about 20 min walk). Everything looks brand new, fancy bathroom, bed, skylight ceiling, lots of space in the room. they have hot water pot, tea, coffee, etc. they have good food option too. we booked budget room and the rooms are little hard to get, it was 2nd and half floor, we had to ask 2 times how to find the room. staff were helpful, thanks
