세탁기 있는데 빨래 를 테라스에서 널려고했는데 닦아야해요.그런데 닦고하면 세탁도되고좋아요. 그리고 조식은 정말 간단하지만 싸고좋아요 사실 조식먹는게 아침일찍 하는데가 없잖아요 꼭 아주머니가 해주는 유럽식 식사같아서깔끔하고좋아요 만원정도하는조식 꼭추천합니다 주차는 비용있지만 개인주차되고넘좋아요. 나가서5분거리에 바로광장있고 근처바로마트입니다. 위치도환상입니다

리셉션이 아랫층에 있어 편리함(다만 문을 열고 들어가기가 어려움, 예약자를 위한 벨을 마련해 두면 좋겠음, 전화를 했으나 받지 않아 밖에서 30분을 헤매다 들어가는 다른 사람이 있어 간신히 건물로 들어감) 숙소가 넓지는 않았지만 꼭 필요한 것은 다 갖추고 필요한 공간은 확보하고 있었다. 무엇보다 방이 2개로 나뉘어 있어 부모와 자식 세대가 구분이 되었고 부엌 공간도 좁지만 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었다. 세탁기가 있어서 땀 흘리며 다니는 여름 여행 중의 옷들을 세탁할 수 있어 정말 좋았다. 금상첨화로 세제까지 갖다 주었다. 직원은 건물 지하에 있는 주차할 곳을 친절히 직접 안내해 주었고, 객실까지도 친절하게 직접 안내해서 설명해 주었다. 따로 조식을 신청했는데 정성이 돋보이게 마련된 음식은 맛도 일품이었다. 식재료가 싱싱하였고 특히 샐러드와 스크램블드 에그는 맛이 넘 좋았다. 누군가 크라쿠프를 찾는다면 이곳에 꼭 머무르라고 추천하고 싶다. 위치는 도심에서 5분 정도 거리여서 도보로 충분히 다닐 수 있는 곳.

크라쿠프 구시가지에서 가깝고 주방시설이 딸려있어 가족단위의 이용시 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

Convenient

Very nice property but the door handle to the bedroom fell off, some of the tiling was missing next to the fireplace, the freezer was a bit dirty and the bathroom air vent had the cover missing. Also the air conditioning vent in the main room of the apartment had the vent cover missing.

The apartment seemed to be from the 1970s with minor upgrade to bathroom. Bathroom also very very small. I almost couldn’t close the shower door! TV had only local polish channels, and there was a very loud noise coming from a floor grate adjacent to the bed all night long. However, on a positive note, parking was available for a reasonable cost, and we were within easy walking distance to absolutely everything. Staff were also very helpful.

A great location just a few minutes walk from the centre through the Planty We had a nice roomy apartment with balcony. We overlooked the inner courtyard but it was nice to be able to sit out Although it states the reception is only open 8.00 am to 8.00 pm there was always someone on duty Very clean and comfy and enough equipment for you to do your own self catering if you wish. Krakow itself is so stunningly beautiful. Definitely recommend a visit and I would stay at the Patk Side apartments again to

Brilliant layout, luxury in good taste, love the jacuzzi, sauna and balcony. Perfect location, short walk to old town square. Absolutely loved it!

Apartment is in great location few minutes walk to Old Town square. The first room we were assigned the bed was in a loft that has a spiral stairs to access from the living room. Not good for seniors’ safety going up and down since bathroom is down the main floor. We asked to be changed and we were given a studio room which was spacious enough for 2. No housekeeping service but you can ask towels and garbage bags from the reception. My only complaint is the soggy bed and pillows. You get only 2 soggy pillows. Otherwise the place is good enough for us. Reception even arranged airport car service for us. Breakfast wasnt my favorite but there’s cafes and convenient stores nearby.

Superb location

Underbart hotell. Fick ett mycket bra pris. Hade en toppen lägenhet i 2vån. Med egen jacuzzi och bastu. Skön säng som var rund. Lugnt område. Egen liten Terass. Kanske lite enkel frukost. Men helt ok. Inget varmt.

The photos we saw online were nothing like the cramped apartment (The Grammy) we stayed in. The main bedroom literally only had a bed in, which we had to climb over to get into - no wardrobe, drawers or bedside tables. The other bedroom had 2 single beds and a tiny wardrobe (perhaps 50cm hanging space) and no drawers. We had to keep our suitcase and with most of our clothes on the kitchen bench, not ideal for a 5 night stay. The living area was also very small, not really suitable for 4 adults. Pros - good location, coffee machine, the 2 maintenance issues we had were dealt with straight away and the staff were friendly. We wouldn't stay here again if we came back to Krakow.

Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and just a few blocks away from everything in Old Town. Parking, however, is a nightmare. I did not know when booking to reserve a parking space so that really needs to be added to the description! I was lucky to find one after circling several times. (Lots of one-way streets so that was not a simple proposition.)

Agree with all other reviews. Top location walking distance from so many attractions. Room was lovely and spacious. Id look at coming back here when i next go.

This is a great set of apartments in a great location close to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely bathroom with a hot powerful shower. Plenty of toilet rolls provided. On the downside, the room blinds are quite transparent and do not shut out the light, so we were disturbed by the light early every morning. We had one of the basic apartments and there was a supply cupboard outside our room. If we weren’t already awake due to the light, the sound of the cleaners opening and banging the cupboards shut would wake us. There was only one cup and one bowl for two of us. We were arriving after 8pm when reception was closed and needed to ensure a remote check-in. Communication wasn’t the best through hotels.com. My messages were ignored and I needed to call them. After calling however, we received very clear instructions regarding our late check-in. Overall, especially due to the location we enjoyed our stay at the Parkside apartments, and would choose to stay in them again.

Good value - apartment was well appointed. Bed was a bit average and it was hot as the bedroom was on the mezzanine but the A/C was downstairs. Also the curtains/blinds were pretty non existent so it was very light in the room from 5am
