Leuk hotel, naast de busstation en op loopafstand van het centrum en de treinstation. Erg gedateerd maar wel schone kamers. Jammer, dat erg geen waterkoker op de kamer is en ook geen tv.

크라쿠프 중앙역 바로 앞에 위치하여 밤 늦게 도착하여도 부담없이 숙소까지 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 아우슈비츠 수용소와 소금광산을 가는 투어도 호텔에서 직접 신청할 수 있어서 편리합니다, 비록 시내쪽에 있는 인포메이션 센터보다는 조금 비싼 가격의 투어이긴 하지만 시간적인 여유가 없는 여행객 이라면 시내까지 나가야 하는 부담 없이 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실도 깔끔하게 되어 있고 난방이 조금 약한 것 빼고는 전체적으로 만족 스럽습니다. 그리고 샤워실이 공용이라서 씻기 위해서는 문단속을 해야 하고 객실내에 세면도구가 타월, 비누, 샴푸 밖에 없어서 그 밖에 세면도구는 직접 준비하거나 로비 프론트에 문의 해야 합니다. 프론트의 직원 분들도 영어가 유창하여 의사소통의 문제가 없고 매우 친절하여 숙박하는데 불편함을 크게 느끼지 못했습니다.

Muy conveniente para llegar caminando de la estación lo único que sería bueno tengan instrucciones para llegar porque el Google map nos envía a dar mucha vuelta y la verdad está enfrente .es limpio pero en lo personal no me agrada tener baños fuera de la habitación y compartido aunque no tuve inconvenientes porque no habían muchas personas en esa área Personal es muy amable y tiene recepción 24 horas. Lo otro que hay que subir muchas gradas con las maletas porque no hay ascensor. Por lo demás todo bien

Rooms are in a rather tired building but reasonable. Clean and with adequate room to shower. Bed linen a bit limited in type (heavyish doona only and large pillow) but possibly ok for most people. Staff very accommodating and pleasant (better than some of the neighbours) and position near stations for buses and trains excellent.

The positive thing is that the hotel is right next to the train and bus station. I arrived late at night and left at 5 am, which was a good length of time for a stay at this hotel..

En arrivant, un jeune homme nous a aidé avec les bagages et a été très poli avec nous. En revanche, la réceptionniste (sûrement une ukrainienne) a été très désagréable, elle a même refusé de nous appeler un taxi pour pouvoir rentrer à l’hôtel. Les autres réceptionnistes quant à elles étaient plus professionnelles. La chambre était spacieuse, mais quelques appréhensions sur l’équipement : robinet douteux, et ménage non réalisé. Dommage. Il y a du positif, un peu plus de négatif mais pour "dépanner" c’est raisonnable

Overall, the hotel was ok - I feel your website flatters the property as in reality, it was very basic indeed. But I rated it TERRIBLE because it was almost impossible to sleep in the property due to the inadequate curtains over the windows. They only covered 70% of the window, and let floodlight pollution in from the station; when the dawn broke the problem was worse. Impossible to sleep.

Leuk hotel, naast de busstation en op loopafstand van het centrum en de treinstation. Erg gedateerd maar wel schone kamers. Jammer, dat erg geen waterkoker op de kamer is en ook geen tv.

I was only there one night but it was everything I needed and so convenient. It is situated right next to the Bus and Train station and short train ride to (/from) the Krakow airport.
