I wish to formally report an extremely serious and unacceptable situation that occurred upon arriving at the hotel booked through Expedia. At 8:00 p.m., when we arrived, there was no one at reception and we were left waiting without assistance. During this time, a completely intoxicated man physically assaulted me with two punches, without any provocation whatsoever.
