Oppholdet var kjempe bra bortsett fra at det var ødelagte stoler og at oppvaskmaskinen ikke fungerte og da vi meldte fra ba de oss om bilder noe vi sendte men ingen ting ble fikset bare et takk for bilder på en mail:( Sengene var fantastisk gode, flotte bad og stille nabolag.

Very clean apartment, centrally located in the old town area. Easy and safe walking. Lots of restaurants close by. This place also has the best shower I have experienced in Europe.

We had an excellent stay for family mini-reunion (3 adults and 2 kids). The Old Town area is great - easy walk to attractions and restaurants. The grocery store is next door to the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was timely and excellent. Highly recommend !

We visited the area from America. I came with a family of 4. My wife.. 2 teen girls and myself. Found this apartment online and was very nice. Very modern and clean ..right in the heart of the center. Balcony was a plus to see around and to relax .. had AC which was controlled in each room which was very nice as well. Bathroom was as big as the bedrooms! Would def recommend.

This apartment is very luxurious. There was nothing it didnt have. Location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the Town Square. Being just away from the square meant it was nice amd quiet. The apartment was more like a 5 star apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean upon arrival and well laid out/decorated. Close to the square and easy to get around by foot. Shop right next door for provisions was handy. However, the first night we arrived at 2am and the instructions for the keypad were not clear, you have to press the bell FIRST before entering the number, then the bell again. Stood outside for 30 minutes trying to call for help, but all the automated switchboards were in Polish, then eventually it hung up on you. Thank god we figured it out by trial and error but it was a horrible first experience and we thought we were going to be stuck without a place to stay in the middle of the night. The main light in our room flickered horribly when turned on, so we couldn't use that for the duration of our stay. Additionally the bathroom sink was partially blocked. The kitchen was fine, though the only frying pan did not work with the induction stove and was useless. It then came to checkout day. We were told 11am. At 10.55 someone knocked on our door and we said to come back later. They started banging on the door constantly until I opened it. I was met with a cleaner who only spoke Polish, I made clear I didn't understand her but she just kept talking at me. Eventually she showed me her phone alarm with time set to 11. I tried to tell her she was early but it was useless. So we ended up leaving at 11.08, late because of this pointless conversation with her, and frustrated. A horrible last experience to our holiday.

Great location. Lovely clean room. Comfy bed. Messaged before regarding early check in but no response. Despite this as i could have called by phone i would highly recommend as it had fridge, sink, microwave.

So great that we stayed here twice

An amazing property, in the heart of Krakow's old city, can't get better than that. This is one of the best hotels ever, amazing solution for families traveling with kids. Can't recommended more.

Really wonderful stay at this residence

Wonderful stay. Loved the Nespresso machine as great shower/bathroom. I guess my only criticism would be the exterior door sticks. You think you have in incorrect code but just push very hard! The same applies to exiting! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It is close to the Old Town of Krakow. It is clean and safe. The issue that we had was the front entry door really sticks. Many other guests also struggled to get in and thought the electronic code was not working. A really hard push is required to get in or out.

We had a number of issues while staying at this property unfortunately. The AC was down when we arrived, we lost hot water for a day, also missing towels one day as well. The team was very responsive at least. I would likely do a traditional hotel the next time. Location is as great though.

Pay attention to the parking details. There is NONE!

Loved this little apartment with laundry facilities. It is modern and tastefully decorated. It is literally a stones throw to everything in the old city. Lovely cafe downstairs called Cakestar. Absolutely loved my time here and would gladly stay again.

Apartment was beautifully decorated, very modern and extremely clean. The location is perfect for the central square and the old town. It is well equipped but the kitchen is limited so you may struggle to make a full meal, however, you dont need to with all the amazing and affordable restaurants on your doorstep. We had a slight problem with our a/c when we were there but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. Only downside was although luggage storage is provided, it is in another location 10 mins walk away and was not particularly secure.

Easy check in, perfect location if you don’t have a car, clean
