Very freindly staff for check in, understood English well, i really appreciated the cake for my girlfreinds birthday which was a lovely gesture, apartment was lovely and great value for money , plenty of room for 2 people, ut was great that it was walkable to Energylandia Theme Park and close to a McDonald's and Grocery shops, apartment kitchen was well equipped, for improvements, the bin needed to be bigger or emptied more frequent as tge litter built upnon the cupboard the bin was in, there was also silverfish in our room however staff were very freindly and understanding to come get rid of them, I would consider coming back to these apartments again

Nice place, 20 minutes walking to energylandia, free car parking, restaurant and market nearby.

Hôtel très agréable et proche du parc Energylandia. Réception fermée lors de notre arrivée mais procédure très claire pour récupérer les clés.

The apartment was part of a large apartment block that was very modern, clean and quiet. Large car park for those needing it. 10- 15 minute walk to the main train station to get you back to Krakow main station in just over an hour. 20-25 minutes walk the other way to Energylandia. Lots of small supermarkets nearby, handful of restaurants. The apartment itself had basic but modern facilities for cooking - 2 induction hobs, a small microwave with grill facility, fridge with freezer compartment, basic utensils, washing up liquid and a cloth- no tea towel or dustpan and brush. The bathroom was lovely - shower, sink and toilet with space and a heated towel rail. In kitchen diner area there was an air con machine which was easy to work and needed as it was stuffy with no windows. The large bedrooms both opened to a balcony so lots of air to come through. The balcony had table and chairs which was nice. Lift if needed and large stairs at either end of the apartment block. Didn’t use but also had a breakfast room and a bar.

Excellent apartment. Ample parking and close to all the local amenities. We stayed here for Energylandia and it’s only a 5 minute drive away.

Stayed here to go to Energylandia. A short walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarket and McDonald's. Reasonably priced and staff had great English and were helpful when needed.

Appart Hôtel propre, calme et agréable permettant de se rendre très facilement en 20 minutes de marche à ENERGYLANDIA. Pour information le Western Camp qui est l'hôtel d'ENERGYLANDIA est juste à 200 mètres de ZATORHOME. Parking gratuit, supermarché à 250 mètres juste en face du WESTERN CAMP et sur le chemin d'ENERGYLANDIA bien pratique car ouvert jusqu'à 22h00 en Août 2025. Cuisine avec le nécessaire qu'il faut dans l'appartement plutôt récent. Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place pour 45 PLN (Soit une dizaine d'euros environ). Accueil sympathique, je ne peux que recommander cet établissement.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Energylandia. We loved the place. It had 2 bedrooms and a common room/kitchen. My family was able to make dinner in the kitchen easily. There's a few good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store as well. While we drove to Energylandia, the walk is only 15 mins from this place. I would definitely stay here if I returned to Energylandia.

Fantastisk flot lejligheds-hotel. Pænt og rent. Flotte værelser med fin plads. Sødt og imødekommende personale. Vil helt sikkert være stedet jeg booker igen næste gang turen går forbi Energylandia - om det så er arbejdsmæssigt eller privat ferie med familie.

Le séjour c’était pour aller à Energylandia (il n’y a plus rien à Zator). Sur la description disait que le parc était à 12 minutes à pied mais c’ést à 30 minutes. L’aller c’est pas grave mais le retour après le parc c’est pas facile. C’est très difficile de trouver un Uber mais heureusement pour retourner il y’a des taxis devant le parc. Par ailleurs il n’y a pas de restaurant près de l’hôtel et si on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner (buffet ) c’est pas facile de trouver ou prendre un café. Les filles à l’accueil sont très gentille et toujours souriante. El l’hôtel est impeccable. C’était un beau séjour.

Nytt och fräscht boende! Ligger perfekt för besök till Energylandia och Zatorland och även för besök till Auschwitz.

Good Value for Money

It was my second stay there yet. Excellent service at the reception desk. Delicious breakfast satisfying me and my daughters very much. Comfortable rooms. Unfortunately they provide wake up call with hammering and drilling in next rooms without agreeing what time suits the guest. Reception desk was not even aware that some room make over was being carried out. Evening nap - forget. The same, even after 7 pm. There were few guests only in hotel telling by number of cars at the parking lot. Why to accommodate guests right next to rooms under maintenance either vertically or horizontally. A minus for manager for poor coordination. Receptionists reacted promptly and successfully on my complain. I value Zator Home high at the end of the day. Described above issue is easy to rectify.

Lähellä Energylandiaa, minkä takia valitsin tämän. Huoneisto oli mukava ja perus kokkaustarpeet löytyi myös jos halusi tehdä itse ruokaa. Löytyi myös iso terassi, josta pystyi katselemaan Energylandian menoa (Hyperion, Zadra, Mayan, maailmanpyörä sekä Tsunami drop näkyy hotellille jos huone oikeaan suuntaan). Kävelymatkan päässä myös kauppa josta pystyy hakemaan ruokaa/juotavaa. Aamupala oli myös kattava ja erittäin hyvä.
