Second time of staying in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly & helpful, the food was great and the room was perfect.

What we didn't like is the condition of the rooms, very dated and old, the tv was 20 inches (laughable), they allow smoking in all the common areas (terrible). Although the hotel has it's pluses I would not return here nor reccommend this hotel.

Um bom hotel. Com uma equipa de animação excelente, sempre com actividades para crianças e adultos. A limpeza dos quartos também foi boa. O que menos nos agradou foi a pouquíssima variedade de lanche entre refeições, onde o lanche é a base de cachorros e hamburgueres e uns pequenos bolos de sobra do pequeno almoço, nada destas coisas são adequadas a crianças mais pequenas, que era o meu caso. Sou apologista do não desperdício alimentar, mas a meio da semana ja estávamos cansados de ver saladas e massas com a comida do dia anterior, chega a uma fase da semana que já não consigo encontrar pratos "frescos". Acho que podem reutilizar mas pelo menos numa das zonas (criança, grelhados ou balcão central) ter sempre comida completamente fresca sem ser uma carne picada ou uma receita com o peixe/carne do dia anterior. Dar opçao de escolha as pessoas. O transporte para a praia é uma excelente vantagem do hotel, contudo sugiro uns tickets de ordem ou inscrição para transporte para a camioneta, certos turistas gostam de ignorar os hóspedes que aguardam educadamente a camioneta e passam a frente e quando abordados fazem de conta que não entendem e continuam, claro está que o motorista não tem possibilidade de controlar estas situaçoes, logouma inscrição resolveria o problema. Na globalidade gostei do hotel deixo apenas sugestões de melhoria.

Zu empfehlen, wird von allen Altersgruppen besucht. Ebenso Familien und größere, eher ältere Reisenden aus Britannien und Frankreich.

Fim de semana prolongado muito agradável. Apesar de algumas marcas de uso o hotel ainda está em bom estado, limpo e organizado. Como fomos com tudo incluído a comida era variada e bem preparada. Equipa de animação eficaz. A repetir.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. The best All Inclusive hotel I've stayed in. Would definitely go again

We loved our stay at Albufeira Sol. The hosts were lovely the buffet was exquisite. Shout out to Leonardo he was an amazing host!

Great hotel near the strip without the noise

Entertainment staff was amazing 👏 they made the kids hoilday , and really went all out for everyone to have fun.. Hotel was very clean and smelled so good .. Food was o.k ,

Stayed 31th December to 5th January. All staff lovely people, easy check in hotel spotless clean. Bar prices are good food very good 15 minutes to the beach . Nice restaurants and bars near by. Indoor pool good for cloudy days also spa is good too. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice hotel would recommend . New Years Eve was fantastic at the beach old town . Read up on New Year’s Eve Albuerfiera and you will see what I mean .

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms comfortable beds and great staff Carlos and Sarah 😊 Did not like that you have to pay to use a safe in the room,it’s a 4 star hotel in my opinion using safe should be free of charge. We have stayed 2 weeks, same breakfast every day 🙁

Hotel is nice enough, but experience could be greatly improved. Slow to check-in (crazy this still takes so long now and manual these days). Very slow to cancel pre-authorisation (funds held) for safety deposit. Evening staff did not deal with reported noise and disturbance issues at the hotel.
