Great location, very clean apartment with 2 nice small balconys

The location is very central and convenient, with most tourist attractions nearby. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, although we did notice some dust in the bathroom. The sliding shower door was also faulty during our stay. One major issue was that the bedsheets did not appear to have been changed after the previous guests — there was visible dirt and hair on the sheets. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and replaced them immediately once we reported the issue. The check-in process was also confusing. According to the booking information, we expected to receive check-in instructions by email the day before arrival, but no email was sent. We had to figure out how to contact the property ourselves through WhatsApp. On the day of check-in, the key codes were also supposed to be available an hour before check-in time, but they were not, so we had to contact them again. That said, the staff did reply promptly each time. One other thing to note is that there is no elevator. We were assigned a room on the top floor, which was quite difficult with heavy luggage and definitely felt like a workout.

For two days of a five-day stay, the code management provided to access the front door to the building didn't work. We spent several hours trying to get in and only had success when a fellow tourist let us use their code. Management provided a nice bottle of wine and some cookies as a welcome. We appreciated the gifts but would have liked the coffee pods to fit the coffee maker provided. The apartment was attractive and in a good location, but because management was so inaccessible, I would not stay here again.

Muy céntrico y nuevo. Sitio bonito y acogedor, está bien para ir con 2 niños. Hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor.

Die Sauberkeit würde teilweise mit eher schwierig bezeichnen, da gerade das Bad gepflegter hätte sein müssen. Das Zimmer an sich war aber okay. Kann nicht schaden sein eigenes Desinfektionsmittel dabei zu haben.

No funcionaba la calefaccion. aunque por teléfono fueron muy amables, no pudieron solucionar el problema. tubimos q usar unas estufas q habia que no eran suficientes para calentar todo. La primera noche pasamos mucho frio. La siguiente dejamos toda la tarde encendida la estufa con el riesgo q conlleva para q se calentara algo... Aunque se ve muy chulo el apartamente, el baño y ducha comparten puerta corredera que da al pasillo a unos ventanales q n tienen cortina. Asi que desde otros pisos de delante te ven sin problema

Appartement propre et avec les commodités nécessaires. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les escaliers et communs

We arrived very tired after a long flight, with two young kids, only to be told that the apartment was flooded and no longer available. Their solution was to another apartment that’s far away. We had to call a couple of times to get the address and access code. It was an extra hour wasted but we were really tired and had no other options. The new location didn’t work for us so we moved to a proper hotel, but the staff only agreed to refund 2 out of 4 nights we prepaid. And after almost two weeks, we only received an email saying I’ll get refund of one night, and we haven’t seen the money. We are still traveling right now so we don’t have energy to deal with this, but this experience is so frustrating so far.

limited towels provided no matter how long you stay. We booked 4 nights for 3 adults, but was only given 2 set of towels. There are not any shampoo or shower gels. This apartment also requests guests taking recycle trash out, but we couldn't find any trash containers on the street nearby. so we had to walk a while to find proper places to dump the trash. Everything else is excellent.

Faut bien s’enregistrer par internet la veille avec un bon accès internet car personne physiquement pour nous accueillir et Almada 91 est le nom de la rue et son mini numéro civique Vous devez vous présent avec des codes d’accès

Very clean and tidy, nice kitchen

The room had everything needed for a week or longer vacation for a couple! Well equipped to have a morning coffee and breakfast. Very comfy bed, and the unit was very clean, spacious and airy. Lovely touch with the bottle of wine and sweet treats to great us upon arrival. Location was central and within walking to everything in Old Porto and too many dining options to count!! Highly recommend!!!

There is a lot of noise in the night and we found it difficult to park because of all the construction going on, but it was an amazing stay with great location.

Great location, very walkable and convenient with the train station a short walk away. Washroom has an odd layout with a shared door between the toilet room + shower/sink room (only one of the rooms can be closed at a time). Area is quite noisy in the morning with construction. The sheets/bedding could definitely be cleaner, especially the extra ones used to make up the sofa bed. Overall a decent value for the location and the hosts were very responsive, but the cleanliness was a miss for us.

This was a big beautiful apartment for such an affordable price. The What’s App number helped me quickly when I had trouble getting in. Location was in the heart of downtown and close to train.

Appartement pas propre à l arrivée .Tapis sale, Joints du carrelage de la douche sales et moisis.Equipement non satisfaisant ( 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 2 personnes pour 4,5 jours, poubelle de la cuisine cassée , matelas affaissé ) Insonorisation très mauvaises dans un quartier très bruyant la nuit .

Very good place to stay close to main attractions. Apt and service was very good.

The bed was very comfortable and they had great amenities. The AC was not working, but it was cool outside. The problem was if you open the windows there was a lot of noise. We used the fans that they had available and it was OK. They were excellent communicating with us the whole time.
