Friendly helpful staff, well maintained facilities and clean pools. Good selection of nice foods in breakfast and dinner buffets. Easy 20min walk to centre of town and nice boardwalks not far from the complex around the headland. Would stay again if going to Lagos

Had a wonderful stay at Âncora. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool is huge and was always a peaceful place to relax. The walk into Old Town is a little far, so we used uber/bolt to get around. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation. It’s within walking distance of spectacular beaches!

L’hôtel est magnifique et la piscine grandiose. Le service de nettoyage est vraiment impeccable. Le déjeûner est correct, sans plus, tandis que le souper est décevant. Les snacks sont beaucoup trop chers, ce qui nous a obligé à manger le midi en dehors de l’hôtel. Malgré le très bon état général de l’hôtel, il y avait de l’humidité dans les murs de notre chambre située au rez-de-chaussée.

We stayed in the hotel section of Âncora Park, which is relatively new (around 4 years old), and we were very impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It's located a bit outside the city center, offering a more peaceful atmosphere while still being within easy reach of Lagos. The restaurant on site is excellent, and the pool area is a definite highlight - a large main pool, a separate children's pool, and plenty of sun loungers. One thing we really appreciated was that there was no hassle over sunbeds; no guests were reserving loungers without using them, which made for a much more relaxed experience. We also took part in a fantastic kayaking tour along the coast, exploring stunning white-sand beaches and paddling into sea caves and grottoes. The tour started within walking distance from the hotel, making it both convenient and unforgettable. All in all, a fantastic hotel that both my girlfriend and I would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel war super. Sehr sauber, modern. Es gibt nichts, was ich bemängeln könnte. Unser Highlight war der Riesen Pool.

We had the little house for 9 nights and we really can recommend that! The kitchen is fully sufficient to prepare breakfast every day or small dinner. We haven’t chosen the hotel breakfast and dinner. There are many good restaurants in Lagos. The rental car can be parked directly in front of the house. If we need to say something negative, then it‘s the beds. They are very hard and short. But it was okay for 9 nights. The big pool is amazing und you‘ll always find a free lounger. No reservation needed. The every day room service was also very good. Thanks again to the whole very friendly team of Ancora Park.

We’ve stayed previously and the rooms have had a really good refurb since then. Pool area and bar has also been massively improved since 2018. New hotel block has been built and it’s more a 4* now. Only issue was construction work daily from 8am till late at an apartment block right next to our bungalow, we were block B. Constant angle grinding and drilling, such a shame but once the building is complete, you won’t have an issue, other than being overlooked from the balconies. The area has developed with lots of new building so not a quiet as we remembered, but location is convenient for the local beaches at Praia Mos and ponta de piadade. Centre of Lagos is about 20 mins walk. Overall, would recommend if staying in Lagos

Ficamos em uma casa em estilo grego muito bonito, com quintal e terraço em cima.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Vielleicht könnte man im Bad was zum abstellen anbringen und der Kleiderschrank ist etwas unpraktisch 4 Bügel und keine Ablagemöglichkeit.Ansonsten alles prima und das Service Personal macht wirklich einen super Job,nochmals vielen lieben Dank

The hotel was really nice. A little far from the Old town (maybe 20 min walking), but closer to other beautiful beaches. The staff was so nice.

We loved how spacious the one bedroom villa is and having a kitchenette was very useful.
