I stayed four night in Avenida apartment and everything was great. I had some difficulties in finding the location, and entering the building, but the owner, Francisca helped me out after contacting her. She was very friendly, helpfull and flexible, as I needed to stay one more night, we settled in a minute. She helped me also with some questions about my travel to the airport. The apartment itself is neat, clean, pretty large and everything is there you need. Altough not in the historic center, the old city is reached in 10 minutes walk. Recommended if you want to stay in Braga.

The apartment itself was good the neighborhood is okay but not in the greatest area.

Apartamento em prédio antigo, sem elevador, único incomodo ter de subir 3 andares com malas, de resto tudo bem com a estadia.

I’m so happy I stayed here, the location was great, the apartment was spacious and convenient to where I needed to be. Overall I would stay here again.

Astounding amount of mold on walls ceiling, windows molding window sills and curtains! Water literally dripping down walls & ceiling lights were water stained. Water on the floor had wicked up the furniture & cabinet - veneers were stained & peeling. Water pooled the full length of 10 foot window sill & water dripping from top of windows. Owner to response and said I was being overly picky & “expecting a 5 star hotel” & “old women and women with young children” had stayed in room without complaint. They refused to refund my money but said they would send a cleaning crew the next day. I cleaned as best I could but after allergic reaction I stayed elsewhere for the night. 2nd day the room was better but bleach fumed overwhelming (understandable given mold they needed to kill). Also a brand new dehumidifier was running in the room - an odd thing if I was truly “overreacting” to the situation. Opened windows to release fumes & stayed elsewhere again. Owners refused refund again. 3rd day fumes better & decided to stay as I could not afford to walk away from 9 days. 4th day morning, turned on oven to warm bread and 10 mins later interior glass of the oven exploded! Told owners and they blamed me! Common in cheap ovens (google it). Booked here so I’d have a kitchen, but Nobody one ever fixed oven or cleaned up glass. No housekeeping in 9 days and given 1.5 rolls toilet paper. Good concept but sadly neglected property & owners have more greed than integrity.

Decent. You can't choose rooms and I ended up in the last floor (4th), which you need to go up by stairs.

O que posso dizer e que no geral fiquei desapontado com a minha estadia o apartamento em si tem uma boa infro-estrutura e um certo conforto e tem boa localizacao mais houve um erro terrivel da parte do dono do apartamento ele coloca no anuncio que possue garagem sem manobrista ou seja uma vaga ...correto?...errado a vaga e na rua e pior a rua bem disputada fiquei uma noite 30 minutos parado na rua esperando vaga sendo obrigado a voltar cedo...ou seja propaganda enganosa que me estragou a viagem.

grand appartement et belle salle de bain très propre

Pros: Large room with a kitchen. Comfy bed. Good shower. In addition there is a washer of a common use. The location is quiet and a walking distance from the historic centre. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Braga in this apartment. Cons: The apartment is on the third floor and no elevator; there were no room cleaning or change of towels in 4 days of our stay; we were also responsible for removal of our garbage to a container outside of the building. Not really a problem, just a warning.

Everything was up to par to what we were expecting. Would be nice to have bigger knife for chopping bigger vegetables and an exhaust fan in the bathroom to improve air flow and decrease humidity after showering. Overall the experience was worth every penny, and we couldnt be happier for the place we chose and the condition it was in. A big plus was being situated near the town centre, which meant pretty much everything was within walking distance, including shopping malls, food departments stores, bus stops and ticket vendors.

My stay in Avenida Apartement 2, was very pleasant. The apartment was comfortable and clean and just a 10 minute walk away from Praca da republica in the centre of Braga. The hosts provided all the necessary information prior to my arrival, and although I didn't actually meet them, I was able to easily access the apartment. Everything I needed for my stay was provided and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Braga

A localização do apartamento é muito boa, perto do Centro Histórico de Braga e com facilidade de acessos para sair e entrar na cidade. Vários supermercados próximos, assim como cafés, pastelarias e restaurantes. Extremamente silencioso, o apartamento é como nas fotografias, tudo novo, limpo e funcional. O contato com o proprietário (Sr. José) foi praticamente instântaneo, contando-se sempre com a sua prestatividade para quaisquer eventualidades. Como sugestão, seria interessante um microondas no apartamento e melhorar o escoamento da água no box do banheiro. De qualquer forma, voltando a Braga ficaria outra vez hospedado no apartamento. Indico sem medo de errar!

Local Excelente

The location was brilliant - very central and handy for many of the things i needed. The space was compact with everything within easy reach; it was so easy to for me to organise myself. I had a very busy schedule and much appreciated the convenience of the layout. The weather was very cold when i was there and i was very glad of the heating system. I found the lock system at the apartment a bit difficult but i managed in the end.
