보르달로스 프라임 아파트먼트

The apartment is great! It overlooks the farmers market ( Praça do Frutas). The location is central to everything. The city is very walkable with wonderful park close by. The apartment has a little kitchenette which worked out perfect for us. Everything has been updated. Entrance is easy with only codes necessary.

Ein tolles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in sehr guter Lage. Sauberkeit war super, kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Obstmarkt in der Innenstadt.

Retornamos a Caldas da Rainha e mais uma vez escolhomos o Bordalos Prime, por sua ótima localização,instalações e serviços, além do charme da Feira da Fruta, que pode ser vista do apartamento todos os dias!

Lovely decor, in town centre with everything on your door step. Definitely a lovely experience.

PROS / QUIRKS Nice location Lots of restaurants and shopping, close to lovely park, across from bustling outdoor market Quirky apartment layout, but comfortable with dining / TV viewing area Some fanciful decorating Kitchen well equipped with washer/dryer, variety of appliances and utensils No food items (no oil, salt, pepper, etc) usually left behind by other guests As noted in other reviews, absurd sinks in bathroom and kitchen, acrobatics needed just to brush your teeth CONS If arriving by car, you may have some frustration with a hospital and busy market close by so lots of tow away and/or ticketable areas. There are many vehicles, taxis, market trucks and one way streets and we witnessed one accident beside the market. You can stop in the taxi stand just to drop off your luggage. Property manager was not helpful. He did not email us beforehand with any information. When I phoned him he promised lots of details about the area - but we received nothing. He vaguely suggested places to park but nearby lots were jammed (even in October), most had tow away signs and after a few phone calls he ultimately had no good suggestions on parking, wasting over an hour of my time. It didn’t help that whatever phone or phone plan he was using could not be texted with my Vodafone Tourist SIM (confirmed by Vodafone store next door). I finally just parked in a designated 24h lot down by the park that I found on Google - a 5 minute walk away.
