위치는 그냥 별로에요. 하지만 우버타고 2유로면 근처 나갈 수 있어서 상관은 없음. 청결한 편. 하지만 겨울 비수기에 갔더니 오랫동안 손님없이 방이 방치되어서 동파가 됐는지 따뜻한 물 안나오고 난방도 안돼서 밤에 주인아저씨를 불러야 했다는 점도 불편했네요. 아저씨가 친절하긴 했지만요. 24시간 리셉션이 아니라 에어비앤비처럼 리셉션 없는 곳이라 아저씨랑 약속잡고 체크인.아웃 해야해요.

정말로 만족했던 예쁜- 이상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소 형식은 아파트입니다. 다락방 창문아래 있는 침대라니! 창문을 열고 지붕에서 밖을 볼 수도 있고 건물 컨디션도 좋고 구조가 너무나 편안하고 좋았습니다. 나무계단을 오르는 재미도 있구요. 매일 청소는 아니지만 충분히 많은 수건을 줬습니다. 단, 체크인날 주인이 없어 엄청 고생을 했습니다. 아파트 구조라 초인종을 누르는데 아무도 없음.. 영어를 모르는 친절한 이웃의 도움을 받아 겨우 국제전화로 주인과 연결. 체크인 날을 착각을 한것인지.. 친절한 메이드의 도움을 받아 겨우 들어갔는데 그후로 주인을 본적도, 사과 한마디 없더군요. 그래도 그 황당함을 잊을 멋진 숙소이긴 합니다. 비밀번호로 출입하는 구조의 아파트입니다. 팁이라면 옆의 서점 옆에 있는 골목이 지하철역으로 가는 지름길입니다. 그 길 알면 편합니다. 앞에 슈퍼와 베이커리 카페 있구요.

The place who’s clean the owner the hospitality was pretty good overall though the place was under construction. The sheet rock wasn’t put up. The walls weren’t completed. There’s no light in the kitchen. The water pressure is low and it’s a very small place and I really thought that it was over price for what compared to the other places that I stayed at, this is no offense to the owner. He was very nice and so was his assistant.

Warm welcome from the host who also provided us with a map and some recommendations for the city. Rooms were lovely and clean, would stay here again.

Rui was super professional and informative, check in was super smooth and easy. His restaurant recommendation for local cuisine was exceptional, thank you, Rui.

Muito boa acomodação. Pena ter somente 2 vagas de estacionamento, que estavam ocupadas. O Sr. Rui é muito simpático e atencioso.

This is beautifully updated property that has lots of shops and cafes right outside or within short walking distances. The property manager was very friendly and communicated with us as our flights were re-routed and we arrived in Oporto later than planned. He also provided us with helpful recommendations on how to get around and restaurants to try. Given the central location, it can get a little noisy at times. I slept well but my partner, who is a light sleeper, needed to wear ear plugs. All in all a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Prestations tout a fait conformes à a description. Une attention particulière pour notre accueil tardif lié à un retard de l'avion.

Casa da Figueira ótimo atendimento ao lado do metrô tudo perfeito

We had an amazing stay at Casa da Figueroa! Rui kept in touch with me when we landed, gave us a list of his favorite restaurants to try and we went to 3 and they didn’t disappoint! The apartment was small but lovely, it had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Geschmakvolles Apartement, sauber, zentrale Lage, U-Bahn in 2 Minuten Entferung, Stadt ca. 20 min zu Fuss. Vermieter sehr freundlich, hat uns gute Tips gegeben.

I had the apartment pictured here, at the top of the house. It was lovely, very well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The bed is on the road side and traffic goes on late, so earplugs are a help if you're a light sleeper. I had a great welcome from the property owner, Rui, who also guessed who I was after I walked past the door twice and came out from his office across the road to meet me, and gave lots of useful information about places to eat, visit and shop. The location is good: Lapa Metro station is about 2 minutes walk away (go down the ramp and walk straight down with the flats on the right) and I felt safe returning there even late at night. It's about a 20-30 minute walk downhill into the centre (I never tried doing it the uphill way!), and if you want the beach, the bus goes from just outside the door.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. De gastheer had goeie en leuke tips om Porto te verkennen en gaf aan wat de goeie buurten waren. De accomodatie zelf is goed gelegen in de nabijheid van een metrostation en een bushalte die voor de deur ligt. Zeer net en proper bij aankomst en leuk ingericht. Voor ons was het een topverblijf. Zowel in de stad als onze accomodatie.
