Priceworth in the middle of city stay

I booked my stay that morning and when I arrived that night there was only a black door with a code machine. I knocked and waited for over half hour till another guest arrived and punched in code they received via email. I never got the email. On the site it said they had a front desk staffed 24/7. There are no employees at this hotel. After calling Hotels.com a half hour later a representative showed up to show me my room and give me the door code so I could go out. At 10:30pm at night on a Sunday nothing was open. I was frustrated and emailed about a partial refund as I wanted a front desk person to call me a cab to airport in morning. They never emailed me back or responded to Hotels.com. Bare bones place to stay, which is fine, but lousy communication and no staff on site.

Um alojamento que (e ainda bem) continua com uma relação preço/qualidade justa para um single. Com wc privado mas sem PA. Contato mantido tem sido fácil designadamente quando para fornecer as informações de check in. Continuaremos a utilizar este alojamento caso se mantenham estes pressupostos. Obrigado

Super easy check in via WhatsApp. The staff were readily available, allowing me to store my luggage after check out due to a late flight and calling me a cab since I didn’t have a local number. The building felt very safe and secure, and the room was very clean. Also well located to the centre of the city. Highly recommend!

Bien situé, bon système de ventilation, flexibilité pour l'arrivée tardive, propre. Par contre, ne convient pas à tous car lit superposable plus dur d'accès (pourtant espace pour un lit double dans la chambre). Besoin de peinture à certains endroits. Pression d'eau faible dans la douche. En somme, bon rapport qualité prix et hébergement convenable si on accepte certains inconvénients

Los muelles del cochón se que claban en el cuerpo. El agua de la ducha no tiene presión e incluso deja de salir agua durante unos minutos en varias ocasiones. Se oye los ronquidos de la otra habitación.

Il personale dell’accoglienza è stato gentile, ma le foto parlano da sole. Siamo in Europa e non nel terzo mondo. Mi dispiace, ma si possono affittare a 150 € a notte senza colazione delle camere con i muri della stanza e i pavimenti scrostati dall’umidità e l’aria insalubre. Non dovrebbe neppure essere legale.

The room was poorly maintained. The shower was impossible to control - it was either scalding hot or cold. In addition, the shower water pressure was really low to the point where I had to finish washing my hair in the sink. After complaining, the shower pressure improved but temperature control was still impossible. I was promised a bath towel change every day but it didn't happen. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, making it difficult to dry and style your hair. These folks are charging a premium rate for a sub par room - customer service is not a priority. Last point... there is no front desk at this facility. They send you instructions on how to get in and what your room number is. After paying, you never see any staff during your stay.

La disposition des chambres ne permettait pas de regarder la tv depuis le lit sinon chambre propre et tempéré une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à notre arrivée tardive aurait été bienvenu

En primer lugar, cuando llegamos, no había nadie para hacer el check-in. (Hasta las 2.00 decían que estaban diaponibles). Eran las 00.30 de la mañana y llamamos pero nadie nos atendía. Al cabo de un rato nos atendieron y nos dijieron que la llave estaba en la puerta de la habitación (Pensamos que ya nos lo podían haber informado antes). La ducha de la habitación salía con muy poca presión y salía o muy caliente o muy fría. Informamos al responsable pero no sirvió de nada. Después, la habitación no se limpiaba hasta 3 o incluso 4 días. Un aspecto positivo es que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y que en el primer piso hay un comedor común donde desayunamos cada día. El precio que pagamos no se ajusta a la calidad.
