Was met at the property by Felipe who showed us around and gave us helpful local information. The property is in good condition and close to the centre of Porto and only a few minutes walk to local station. Overall very happy and would like to return as plenty more to see in Porto

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, in 2 Minuten ist man an der Metrostation, ein Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, auch diverse Lokalitäten sind fußläufig (10 Minuten) zu erreichen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Porto.

Servizi essenziali. Posizione ideale; vicino alla stazione della metropolitana.

No frills, budget accommodation in a central location. Close to a main metro station which allowed cheap (few Euros each) and easy access from the airport. A warm welcome from the property manager included a run down of the local area and possibilities for spending our time. An unfortunate deluge of rain throughout our week meant we were unable to use our balcony or the appealing garden terrace. Central location also meant a noisy street, with thudding music coming from either a pub or a very noisy neighbour throughout the night and disturbing sleep on what was actually a comfortable bed. Photos were misleading and did not resemble our basic studio at the top of the building. A good coffee machine but a kettle and toaster would’ve enhanced what was provided. Rustic and contemporary design to the bathroom but the shower lacked power. The additional fees for a 9pm check in had been hidden in the small print. Shame on Expedia for putting together a package deal that trapped us with these extra hidden costs.

This place was not at all as advertised. We found it disappointing on many levels. There is no "City view" as mentioned, just looking at several other buildings across the street not in very nice condition. The street noise is terrible all night long as it faces the road is on a fairly busy street with traffic at all hours. The apartment itself was suitable.. nothing special. The phone number for the property was WRONG on our paperwork from Hotels.com and had it not been for a very nice young lady staying in another apartment for a semester in school from Brazil we wouldn't have gotten access. When the person did show up, she was apologetic, but offered nothing else. And when we saw her 30 minutes later down the street from the apartment and asked for additional towels to be delivered, she acknowledge it and then we got nothing! Very disappointed overall and not worth the money we paid!

Reconozco que este apartamento es de lujo en cuanto a su mobiliario, ubicación y entorno pero, sin embargo, la limpieza brilló por su ausencia, hubo invasión de hormigas, pelos en la ducha con semi-atasco de desague, la mampara de la ducha tenía goterones, el espejo del aseo estaba rajado, no había secador de pelo, no se había barrido en varios días y la puerta de entrada tenía salpicaduras, supongo que como resultado de alguna fiesta loca. Quiero pensar que les pillamos de sorpresa y no pudieron ponerlo apunto, de otra forma, el apelativo de "apartamento de lujo" deberían revisarlo, al igual que su precio.

The property was exactly as described. Good location not far from the central square. Barbara and Eduardo could not have been more helpful in communicating prior to and during our visit. Strongly recommended.

Nice little studio flat with balcony. Close to trindade interchange station if you're traveling a lot and whilst not centre of all tourism its near a lot of restaurants and bars and a pleasant walk further through squares and past churches up to the ribeiro. Can use baggage service at Stop hostel round corner if needed. Need to arrange to be met to collect keys, staff friendly and polite if not quite as responsive to messages as intended. No servicing/ cleaning in my 4 day spell and if that's going to be the case you'd probably want more towels/ linen left out. I was on 2nd floor so some stairs but nicely divided up and common areas nice. Kitchen area and bathroom fine. Big comfy bed . Porto is a wonderful destination, surprised its not mentioned more as a place to visit.

La situación es buena, cerca de parada de metro. La limpieza escasa, había arañas y suciedad. Muy poca presión de agua si alguien en otro piso se estaba duchando a la vez. Sin calefacción, solo dos radiadores portátiles para estancias amplias. Colchón malísimo= colchoneta. Sin ascensor.
