객실과 시설은 깨끗합니다. 호텔관리하의 원룸집이라 2~3인이상 여행객이라면 주변에 편의시설이나 리스본 로컬의 느낌을 가질수 있습니다 호시우 또는 코메르시우스광장과는 걷어다니기엔 언덕이 많아서 걷기엔 부담되나 트램 버스 볼트와같은 라이더 서비스는 쉽게 접근하여 이동 가능합니다

시청 바로앞이라 넘 조용하고, 정말 세세한 관심으로 호텔이 운영되고있었다. 넘 고급스런 인테리어였다.버스정류장도 1분컷이고, 물 커피도 냉장고도 무료로 이용할 수있게 바가 되어있다. 정말 하루만 있기엔 아쉬웠다. 직원분들도 넘 친절했다

숙소는 매우 청결하고 예쁘게 꾸며져 있었으며 필요한 많은 식기류와 구급약까지 갖춘 원베드룸 아파트였습니다 하루만 숙박하기에는 너무 아쉬울 정도로 만족스러웠습니다

모든 시설, 서비스 모두 베스트였습니다. 위치도 국회 앞이라 안전하고 조용하면서도 시내와 가까워서 이보다 좋을 순 없을 것 같아요. 리셉션 직원분도 너무 친절하시고 전자레인지, 커피포트, 냉장고 모두 공용으로 사용 가능하고 생수와 커피도 필요한 만큼 매일 가져갈 수 있어 좋았어요. 설거지 시설도 작지만 구비되어 있구요. 방도 예쁘고 정말 안락해요. 더 오래 머물지 못해 아쉽습니다. 적극 추천해요~!

한국인 리뷰가 없어서 걱정했는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮았습니다^^ 냉장고나 기타 잡기류가 방에 없었지만 1층에 공용으로 사용할 수 있는 냉장고와 컵, 포크, 커피포트 등이 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주시고 위치도 리스본 시내와 벨렘지구 관광하기에 좋았습니다.

one of best apartment in Portugal and Sofie who is working in the reception, she is very kind. I have never seen the people like her. I'm sure that I will visit this apartment again.

The place was not even noticeable from the outside ( I thought maybe I was in the wrong place when the Lyft dropped me off), but the room (and bathroom) was just gorgeous - more like a cozy well-appointed guest house. And there was a local pastry and glass of port to greet me in the room to greet me on check-in. There's not really much of lobby - just a small front desk. The young woman who manned it, however, was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat, and to go hear fado. Very unfortunately, they had a power outage at the hotel while I was there, though, which wasn't great.

It is a lovely, small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived after midnight due to flight delays, and I really appreciated that the receptionist was there waiting for me. My room was clean and exactly as described. I particularly loved the character and authenticity of the building. There was only one issue I'd like to mention: a strong, stale smell in the room upon arrival. It did improve after I opened the window and ran the air conditioning, and by the third day, I hardly noticed it. While my room didn't have a kitchen (which was clear when I booked), I made good use of the microwave, fridge, kettle, and cutlery in the shared kitchenette. I would also suggest adding more accessible power sockets. There are plenty in the room, but they are all quite low or hidden behind furniture, making it difficult to charge gadgets. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent-right opposite the Parliament building and close to many shops and restaurants. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of me!

Our stay and visit was excellent and our family had a wonderful stay. We had everything that we needed for our comfortable stay and Ms Andreia was very helpful in making us comfortable and welcome.

Lovely apartment. Great size and location

Absolutely marvelous . The hospitality was beautiful. If you wanna stay in old town, Lisbon this is the hotel you wanna stay in. The amenities are phenomenal. You’re within feet away from old town, restaurants, pubs, shops…. Parking is not included, but they do have a parking garage that you can pay for per each day that you need to park that parking garage is within 50 yards of the hotel. Sidenote, when you come to Portugal rent a small car otherwise you will find yourself not being able to move around in the country, towns, and city.

This was one of the best, if not THE BEST hotel apartment we've experienced anywhere in Europe. We booked the Superior Apartment - it was HUGE, beautiful, cozy, modern, spotless clean with wonderful views. We loved the location, residential but with so many eating options around and the real portugese night life. Check-in process was perfectly smooth. Great communication prior as well. Highly recommend!

Venligt personale. God beliggenhed! God lejlighed. Ud fra hjemmesiden troede vi der var vaskemaskine i lejligheden. Lidt uklart formuleret. Gulvet i brusenichen kan være meget glat. Foreslår en gummimåtte. Og småting som brugsanvisning på ovn på engelsk vil være godt! Måske sidste ting er at bordet er meget højt til stolene. Man sidder ret lavt.

The place was great!

The room was gorgeous! The hotel is centrally located so I could get around effortlessly. The staff are so incredibly kind. Unfortunately I ended up getting hospitalized during my stay and missed my flight. I was able to book another night and they made sure my room was ready as soon as I got out of the hospital instead of having to wait until normal check-in hours. The hotel is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. 100000/10 you should definitely book a room here!
