The check-in process is not smooth. I was told to call when we arrived to the apartment and when I did it was 20 minutes until someone was available to meet us at the apartment to check use in. A long 20 minutes after a long day of travel. The apartment location was fantastic, centrally located to all attractions. The size was good. The bathroom shower had mold as did the shower curtain which gave me an overall sense of uncleanliness throughout the apartment. The apartment does not have central air and on the warm nights it was quite hot since we were unable to open windows due to bugs. Overall, I was disappointed with this property. We are seasoned travelers and for the per night cost this place was not worth the price in my opinion when compared to other properties we have stayed at in this price range

My family and I stayed at D&S - Ribeira Premium Apartments for 3 nights in July. The location was perfect as was the apartment. The actual management company's location is about a half mile away, near the train station, but check in and check out were very easy. In addition, the management company allowed us to leave our luggage for half a day after we checked out which allowed us to explore the city while waiting to head to the airport. I hope to visit Porto again and will definitely stay here again if I do.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Porto. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Apartment ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Прекрасное расположение и чудесный вид из окон. Вполне комфортно. Замечательная кухня и ванная комната, удобная кровать. Есть небольшой балкон, хороший WiFi. Практически все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Из недостатков плохое освещение так как более половины лампочек не работает и требует замены.

O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para quem quer economizar alguns Euros e fazer refeições no próprio imóvel, porém não acomoda bem 4 adultos pois o sofá-cama é meio desconfortável. Também não tem estacionamento (como dito no site). O que tem é estacionamento privado, pago e a diária custa 26,95 Euros ou coisa parecida. O local do imóvel é espetacular, perto da maioria das atrações turísticas, por exemplo o Cais da Ribeira e Ponte D. Luiz I. Me hospedaria novamente mas só um casal!

Минусы: Нонстоп ездит транспорт по голове, диван без 1 ламели, кровать 140х200, под простынь постелили наматрасник из полиэтилена, тумбочка с лампой, но лампа не включается, т. к. не розетки рядом, wifi тормозной и ловит не везде в аппартаментах, убрано плохо.

酒店对面景色很棒，他那里的小哥哥长得很帅而且与他沟通较为愉快，只是这边好像无法提供住宿证明哦，总体还是不错的

Appartement assez confortable pour 2 ou 3. Grande cuisine et grande salle de bain. Mais le meilleur c'est l'emplacement : en plein coeur de la Ribeira, en face du palais de Bolsa, sur une magnifique place, à deux pas du douro. On peut tout faire à pied. Le seul point négatif, c'est la circulation des voitures sur les pavés devant l'immeuble, qui engendre beaucoup de bruit, mais cela nous a pas empêché de dormir.

très bon emplacement, pour les restos, la découverte de la ville, des caves etc...Un logement spacieux parfait pour 2 pers. Très bien équipé. Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la circulation (on est en plein de Porto tout de même). Apportez des boules quies si vous êtes sensibles au bruit de dehors. L'immeuble est très tranquille. Bref, je recommande complètement.

Well located apartment with a lift. Not a lot of space but this is often the case in Europe.

The apartment is located in a perfect spot in town. The view out of the room is incredible. Walking distance to everything and extremely friendly and helpful host. They call to know your flight times and arrive on time. Excellent service and the apartment is comfortable. The walls aren't very thick and there is some construction that was going on in the mornings, but I was up early for a business trip so it didn't make a difference for me.
