엑스모 호텔 바이 올리비아

Exmo 호텔에 머물 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 질문에 신속 정확하게 의사소통해주었고, 모든 직원이 정말 따뜻하고 친절했습니다. 객실에 들어갔을 때 welcome letter에 놀랐고 엄청 환대받는 느낌이었어요. 창 밖 뷰가 멋졌고, 침구는 청결하고 매우 포근했어요. 조식도 훌륭합니다.

The staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore Porto. The room was clean and comfortable and our luggage had already been delivered. The bed was comfortable. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet.

We were only in Porto for one night and needed a centrally located hotel with good facilities at a fair price. The Olivia Exe Hotel delivered all of that — and so much more. The location was ideal, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the overall value was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Porto. We’ll most certainly be coming back!

The hotel is neat, cozy and in a convenient location. It is right by Douro River, and you can watch nice sunset and walk to the restaurants and bars along the river in less than 2 minutes. The hotel staff are super friendly and made me feel like home. The hotel is clean and has cute Christmas decorations (I stayed in early December), and the room is clean and well furnished. I love the fact that the bed is high and comfortable, which soft but thick pillows that supported my neck and helped me sleep really well. The bathroom floor has heated tiles so my feet felt nice and warm stepping on it despite the cold weather. I also enjoyed opening the window and watching the busy streets with a cup of hot tea (my room had the city instead of the river view as the river ones were fully booked), which was one of the most memorable moments during my stay in Porto. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! They even had açai juice! They offered a wide selection of foods: yogurt, cheeses, fruits, pastries and bread, and you can order bacon and eggs from the kitchen (btw the scrambled eggs were delicious)! The breakfast wasn’t as lavish as the fancy hotel ones and this is exactly what I liked about it, as the right amount of foods and the cleanliness have made me feel that the staff poured in their hearts into every single detail. The hotel almost felt like home to me, I would definitely choose the same hotel if I go to Porto again.

We really enjoyed out stay at Exmo. The staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was not huge but there was enough choice and they cooked eggs to order which was lovely. The only downside was that the room was rather warm. They did reset the airco but it was still quite warm so we slept with the window open which was a little noisy. But would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a lovely stay and visit to Porto.

The hotel and the room was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. Hospitality was gracious and lovely. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything little thing was perfect! The room, the area of town, easy walk to shops and cafe’s. The breakfast was such a cherry on top! Customer service was chef’s kiss.

Posizione centralissima (tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi). Camera all’ultimo piano con vista sulla città, molto spaziosa, con arredamento moderno e 2 bagni (uno dei due con doccia e doppio lavandino). Personale molto gentile. Da migliorare: - nel divano letto la rete cigola e il materasso è molto basso (5/6 cm), quindi un po’ scomodo; - i lavandini sono belli e di design ma è praticamente impossibile non bagnare fuori quando ci si lava la faccia); - due buchi nella resina del pavimento della doccia; - un cuscino del divano letto macchiato. Suggerimento: avrei gradito due cestini per la raccolta differenziata di carta e plastica.
