Todo bien en general recepción muy amable

Great central place to stay. Local food options are awesome! The towels were quite thin and worn. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were immense! Coffee was something to be desired, but hot chocolate was good.

Things work as expected when expected. Good hotel for business trips to Caldas if spending the night is required. Nothing exceptional, normal room with working TV, toilet and shower. Breakfast is ok.

A minha estadia em Caldas da Rainha foi excelente, agradeço imensamente a equipe do hotel , por sua dedicação, acolhida, sempre disponível para nós atender, sempre preocupada com bem estar dos hóspedes. O Hotel é excelente, tem tudo que você precisa, internet, televisão, banheiro privativo, ar-condicionado, é como você estivesse em sua casa. A localização tem seu custo benefício, fica perto da Estação Central de Caldas da Rainha , e no centro. O café excelente e avalio como top 10, e pretendo retornar para explorar mais a cidade Parabenizo todo hotel por proporcionar uma excelente estadía.

We stayed here only for one night for the convenience of location. The hotel was a great value. That being said it is looking a little tired, the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Location was great as well as the staff. They were very helpful.

New location. Nicely designed. Well located, clean, and quite. Room was spacious.

Quiet, clean and modern hotel

I found it to be a clean, modern hotel. With the window closed, the room became somewhat stuffy. The breakfast was adequate, and it only cost €8. The location was good, within walking distance of the town centre. I couldn't work out if this Campanile Hotel was in any way connected with other Campanile Hotels that I have stayed at in France.

We stayed at the “Campanile” hotel in Caldas de Rainha for three nights during October. It was a pleasant stay, in a modern hotel with easy access to main roads, a supermarket near-by, free parking and a room with all amenities. As is the custom lately there is only soap no shampoo, so bring some. The location is in a convenient spot for day trips to close destinations, like the Obidos Castle, the Nazere lighthouse, the Fatima shrine or the Buddha Garden of Eden; all these are within an hour drive. There was a misunderstanding between Expedia and the hotel regarding the cost of breakfast. We had seen “included” when booking, but the hotel asked for pay; Expedia promised to reimburse us for the cost (6 Euro/day/person). We would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and low cost.

Nice new hotel, good price too ! Clean room with nice bed and bathroom, also Continent supermarket across on the side of the hotel, convenient to get food, wine etc ! Free parking on site !

We ended up booking this hotel as we couldn't find anything in Obidos. In general, the hotel was modern and very clean. The staff was friendly too - answering some of our questions and providing us with the items we requested (hair dryer, ironing board, wine opener). However, the hotel was a bit out of the way - was a 10-15 minute drive to get to the main area of town. The town was also very sleepy -- things closing pretty early which made it challenging for us to find dinner after a road trip up from Lisbon. Overall, this hotel got the job done for our 1 night in town but next time would try to stay somewhere a bit more bustling.

Very kind and helpful staff! They went out of their way to assist us . Everything was very clean and we felt extremely safe during this time.
