Clean room, quiet place

Excelente

Staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in and out. There was a male staff member at the reception who was cold and indifferent. Not even a hello or have a safe trip to us as we left the hotel. Breakfast was delicious; kudos to the kitchen staff. Room was clean, organized and well stocked. We stayed three nights and did not need room service. Bedding was okay and climate control made for better sleeping. Fridge was disconnected but we did not need to use it. Flat-screen tv with numerous channels in multiple languages. No microwave in the room but staff kindly allowed us to use the one in the kitchen area. Reliable elevators. Eco-friendly hotel.

Os quartos tem um bom tamanho e infraestrutura, mas precisam de manutenção, encontrei vários problemas como porta do box com problema, chuveiro sem pressão, etc

I don’t want to make damage to anyone, but in regards cleanliness: The shower floor was covered with fungus as well as the bathroom ceiling. The amount of 20€ was charged additionally for taxes? The breakfast bar was very limited and placed without any cover. I have photos of the bathroom ceiling and shower floor.

Very updated hotel in general, decent breakfast and everything was clean Staff was always there for you

Kind staffs, clean and organized place.

Nice hotel, with easy bus/taxi journey into central Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the temperature of the shower would jump from ok to very hot every minute or so. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from.

Clean hôtel. Close to public transportation. Nice and friendly staff.

1st room dirty but they changed after I found some died insect in my bed

Foi muito bom o atendimento do time do Hotel, são atenciosos e prestativos. Contudo, o café da manhã é fraquíssimo com poucas opções, deixando a desejar. A localização é ótima, com boas opções de refeição e transporte publico.

We visited Lisbon for the champions league final. The hotel is a great location to be able to get the bus from the airport, 783 or 744. Straight forward and cheap. We were able to walk to the stadium, abt 50 mins. Meant we avoided crowded buses and metros both way. The hotel was comfortable, room safes didn't work. Breakfast was included but we didn't use as service finished at 10am. Reception friendly. Nice balconies but no chairs for sitting out. 2 lifts, 1 didn't work. We asked for rooms next door but were on different floors disappointing but nothing else. Quiet location, so slept well. Fridge, tea, no coffee or milk. Overall good value, close to centre of Lisbon, plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Would stay again for the location. And we won 🎉🎉🎉
