색안경이 하나 걸려요. 12월 이래서 호시우 역이 전반적으로 시끄러워요. 그리고 리스본에 바람이 심하게 날리던 날이라서 창문이 밤에 자주 움직여서 소리가 크게 납니다. 전반적으로 방음이 안되지만, 전 잘 때 소리이 크게 영향을 안받는 편이라 괜찮았어요. 위치 깡패이고 엘베가 있어서 다행이었어요. 조식이 무료라서 간단히 먹기 좋은데 07:30부터 시작이라 잘 안먹고 바로 나갔습니다.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Breakfast was small but enough for me. Ladies were kind. The hotel cleaned the room and organised my pj’s sometimes which was really nice. Just one thing that was a bit inconvenient is water was either too hot or cold. So I had to settle with a little cold shower (at least to me). Other than that, I loved the stay.

직원들이 친절하고, 뷰가 좋아요. 성조지 성이 보여요. 바로 앞이 광장이고 핑구도스(슈퍼)도 엄청 가까워서 위치가 정말 좋아요! 방 자체는 옛날식이긴 하지만, 좁지 않고 깨끗하고 따뜻했어요.

The property needs a bit as mean as special carpets and hallways and the elevator. The service was good. Breakfast was amazing location great.

Smashing hotel with lots of charming character right in the heart of Lisbon. Serves a wonderful breakfast to start your day. Staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. We had an amazing stay.

A licalização é perfeita. O hotel é antigo, nas extremamente limpo, agradavel e confortável. As fotos podem deixar duvidas, mas é uma aposta segura. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. E o atendimento dos funcionários é nota mil!!! Desde a recepção, passabdo pelo café e a arrumação dos quartos, tudo impecável. Unica questão é o acesso principal com escadas. Mas como eu disse o predio é de 1600, nem tudo pode ser alterado.

Excellent location overlooking the main square in Lisbon, great breakfast with coffee they make for you rather than from a machine, with breakfast taken in a lovely room facing the square. Our room had a balcony overlooking the square, which meant there was a bit of noise from the traffic below, so light sleepers may prefer a room at the back.

Stayed here March 2019. Great staff, room and breakfast. Still not handicap-accessible at entrance. Ideally located to restaurants and sites.

La location e la vista é sicuramente il punto di forza, l'hotel invece é un po' vecchio, la wifi non funzionava e la colazione era abbastanza povera.

Had a three night stay at this hotel from December 30/2025-January 2/2026. To properly review this hotel it needs to be divided up into location, breakfast/room (amenities) & staff. Let’s start with the location. It’s perfection if you like to be in the middle of it all. It’s off one of the main streets in the city centre. Tons of restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. Transit is there & it’s a 15 minute walk to the water & more attractions. Beautiful location if you’d like to maximize your time in Lisboa. As for the room, it’s not great at all. ZERO amenities, no mini fridge, coffee maker or other typical amenities. This is a VERY old building & it shows everywhere. Elevator is super slow, poor room security (no peep hole or adequate locks) is lacking, bathroom is old & needs remodeling, very old cabinets & lighting. The bathroom plumbing is so old, the hot water slowly fades as you use it! On the 5th floor there is an old balcony that I was very hesitant to use based on how unsafe it looked. The daily breakfast (extra 25.00€/day) was good but not great. Hot coffee with eggs & a protein. Some pastries were also available. The staff was very nice & worked hard to accommodate this guest. We did reward them by way of tips for that assistance. Every hotel has it pluses/minuses. This hotel has a couple of pluses & many minuses in my opinion. If I ever find myself in Lisboa again, I won’t be staying at the Metrople Hotel!

Very grateful to the staff. I had a long flight and was able to check in a bit earlier. The staff is courteous. I felt at ease especially being a solo traveler.
