The hotel was conveniently located to the airport, which was a plus since we had an early morning flight. There was parking, which was nice. The rooms could use a little bit of updating but overall a very nice hotel

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig und in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen. Den Charme eines typischen Hotels von Madeira hat es allerdings nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Preis- Leistungs - Verhältnis ist wirklich erstaunlich.

Séjour satisfaisant dans son ensemble, 5/5 pour la chambre, le petit déjeuner et les espaces communs mais attention sur la ménage de la salle de bain. Il restait beaucoup de cheveux longs sur le sol et dans la baignoire. Dommage également que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, elle est glaciale.

Very nice hotel and a 30 minute walk from the airport. Good room, very spacious . Good enough breakfast , less choice for me as a vegan but still managed okay with fresh fruit and bread . Hot water was supplied freely as no kettle in the room. Good pool area. I would stay here again.

Free WiFi, restaurant on site. Very warm welcome. Comfortable bed. Very clean everywhere and a beautiful courtyard outside with tables, chairs and a few sun lounges, all very nice

On arrival reception male was unfriendly & unhelpful - the same for the lady next day when we dared to say the air conditioning wasnt working. It was overpriced for what it is

Perfect airport hotel. 5 minutes from the airport and very clean hotel. Safe area. Nice staff. We left before breakfast started but the facility looked nice. If you need to be near the airport, this is a great choice

Nous avons fait le tour de l'île et logé dans 6 hôtels différents. Celui-ci fut le moins cher, mais également l'un des meilleurs. Tous les services sont là, c'est propre, c'est confortable, il y a une piscine sympa, une salle de sport, des espaces communs agréables (canapés, livres, plantes, etc.), la petite ville de Santa Cruz accessible à pied avec des restaurants, des bars et la plage, des places de stationnement à proximité, ainsi que l'aéroport à 5 minutes en taxi. Alors ok, pas de vue grandiose depuis la chambre, mais très pratique, confortable, agréable. On aurait pu y rester bien plus longtemps que 2 nuits !

We stayed for one nigh to catch an early flight in the morning. Great hotel and breakfast. The room had a smell like humid/mildew we didnt complain since it was for one night only.

O hotel me surpreendeu-me, tudo muito limpo e arrumado, só está um pouco distante do centro comercial , mas muito perto do aeroporto.

Hotel was conveniently situated a couple of miles from Madeira Airport, perfect for an early morning flight! Although the restaurant was closed, l was given a discount voucher for sister establishment opposite the church and the food was excellent! Left hotel by booked taxi before breakfast was served! 😢 Santa Cruz is pretty little town!
