Terrible Experience - Don't Trust the Good Reviews If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, just know that your "room view" might be staring at a freaking WALL for your entire stay. I'm so mad I wasted 3 days here. I picked this place because of all the good reviews I saw online. What a joke. I got stuck with a wall view room and it completely ruined my mood for 3 straight days. And when I tried to change rooms? The staff made it even worse with their terrible attitude and straight-up lies. The hotel condition sucks and the staff communication is absolutely terrible. There were plenty of other hotels around and I'm so angry I chose this one. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

친절하고 깨끗하고 위치좋고 조식이 맛있었어요. 어머니랑 같이 갔는데 정말 숙소에 만족했습니다. 조식도 너무 잘나와서 아침 든든히 먹고 여행하기 좋았어요. 객실 천장이 높아서 방이 답답한느낌도 없었고 청소도 깨끗하게 해주셔서 편하게 이용하다 가요b

A lovely hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Room was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold dishes, juices and pastries. Excellent location near sites of Porto and restaurants within walking distance. Train station Sao Bento within 10 minutes walk

Our stay at ICON Duplo Ribeira was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is in fantastic condition, beautifully modern and stylish, yet still very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from amazing food options and right by the water, which made exploring the Ribeira area so easy and enjoyable. Every detail felt well thought out, and it truly made our trip special. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable stay with exceptional service in the heart of Porto, ICON Duplo Ribeira is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very good location. Staff was excellent

I would give it a 5 star rating except we were given a room on the second floor where the window faces a stone wall, no sunlight, small and the shower stall was missing a door. The next morning we were offered a much better room, larger with windows facing a laneway with some sunlight. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good,

Hotel in sehr guter Lage!

What a great find in the center of everything yet still quiet. I slept so well and was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite nice also!

Vi bokade inte det billigaste rummet men fick ett i källaren med en mur precis utanför och lyhört :( jag själv sa till receptionen att jag inte ville ha det rummet och var beredd att uppgradera. Fick rum på tredje våningen för ytterligare 3( euro per natt. Det rummet var ljust o fint o fönstren gick att öppna :) bra läge nära floden, frukost med allt att önska. Lugnt i rummet ( det nya rummet) trots stoj på utsidan. Fint badrum med bra krämer.

The location could not be better. Staff were exemplary. Included breakfast was great. Reccommend without reservation.
