The inside of the hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and all spoke English. The facilities were spotless, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the location was unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown. Everything from restaurants and shopping to major tourist attractions was just a short walk away. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly attentive staff, top notch bartender and drinks, beautiful breakfast, excellent amenities and Massage. My one concern is the quality of the bed. The springs were felt through the mattress, and I had a very uncomfortable four night sleep with the strings sticking into my back.

Great spacious 5th floor room overlooking pleasant park to front of hotel. Newish hotel so mostly fresh decor and furnishings. Small spa area with sauna, indoor pool and steam room. Great outdoor (cold) pool. Nice hotel bar but it remained empty every night of our stay as it was pricey!! Breakfast was generally good but a little busy at times. Only real negatives I had were my room key card failed to work several times and people smoking in pool area which is a no smoking area! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Close to all shops and restaurants. Also, close to historic monuments. Beautiful property, friendly staff,parking and very clean

We really enjoyed our stay. for us it was the perfect accomodation, for every weather you will have a possibility (indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, indoor fitness room, outdoor chill area. It's central but at the same time very quiet in the hotel. The breakfast gives you nice selection to start the day. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. to get around you will have a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel or other stops just a few minutes to walk. if you rent a car you will have some possibilities for public parking (round about 5min walk distance, but often occupied), or outdoor parking for a fee in front of the hotel or immediately at the hotel two parking garages against a fee but you will probably find parking spot without any issues. The only thing that was a bit inconvinient was (and i dont know if that is the case in every room or maybe just ours): we were not able to change AC/ Fan/ Room temperature with the touchscreen, every option was locked. so every time it got to warm or too cold we needed to bother the staff of front desk that they would chance the settings via central system. They did it each time without any issues, but I think for both sides it is just an inconvinence. Also don't know if it even could be changed or linked to a central system that in general could only be changed by front desk. But everything else was just perfect. If we visit Braga again, this is our first choice.

L'hotel est propre et le personnel est agréable mais le petit déjeuner est décevant: pas de choix et le réapprovisionnement n'est pas fait de manière rigoureuse. Pour un hotel 4 étoiles, il n'y a aucun set d'articles de toilette. Vous devez demander pour avoir des chaussons et des sorties de bains. J'ai utilisé le room service, le service est bien mais les plats pas fameux. Je ne reproduirai pas l'expérience.

Nice and modern facilities in the hearth of Braga

Helt nydelig hotel midt i sentrum av Braga, hyggelig betjening og veldig serviceinnstilt. Fine rom og alt som man forventer. Anbefales!

Hotel espetacular, tudo novo, de bom gosto. Localização não poderia ser melhor. Café da manhã muito bom ( atendimento razoável)
