très belle accueille à la vale de parra ou il faut récupérer les clefs. la résidence est protégée calme et la piscine est génial. idéal en famille quand on aime la tranquillité.

Positivt: Bekvämt, stort, mycket fräsch pool, fri parkering, bra sängar, bra wifi. Negativt: nära trafikerad väg, ingen tvättmaskin, liten frys. Summerat: bra familje-boende för den som har bil.

Lite krånglig incheckning via annat hotell, men mycket bra lägenhet o fräsch pool. Lite spartanskt med köksutrustning. Bra wifi. Trafikerad gata alldeles intill som stör lite. Mycket bra och prisvärt läge för den som har bil!

Very pleasent place.

This is not a hotel but a very comfortable appartement house with pool. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with balcony and terrace. We enjoyed it, especially for the price. Easy to find with a GPS. So why can't the guy at the reception give us a proper adress?

Prima verblijf,maar onduidelijk dat je bij het hotel in moet checken voor de appartementen.

Grande maison agréable

Very comfortable, spacious house with every accessory you could need on holiday. Benefiting from air conditioning and WiFi. Two balconies and terrace with patio furniture. We had a very relaxing time here it is a small friendly complex with a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Pera is a small traditional village not at all touristy but with in easy reach of beaches and resorts although a car is necessary. The closest beach is very large so not too overcrowded even in August. The only slight negative is that the complex is adjacent to the main N125 road although this does make travel to the supermarket and other resorts very easy.

van alle gemakken voorzien : afwasmachine, wasmachine, bubbelbad,... rustige ligging, zalig zwembad, dicht bij zee. klein minpuntje : bedden waren nogal hard.

villa 2 chambres, 2 SDB, très belle construction récente, finitions de très belle qualité, cuisine très bien équipée LV, MO, four, plaques vitrocéramiques, grand réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, vaisselle en quantité, rien ne manque.TV, minichaine. Climatisation. Petite terrasse avec salon de jardin. Barbecue collectif. Petite copropriété de 25 villas environ . Belle piscine avec transats en nombre , environnement propre, parking gratuit dans la petite copropriété fermée par portail electrique. Bon point de départ très central pour découvrir l'Algarve, grand centre commercial à Guia à quelques km ouvert de 9h à 24h! Seuls points négatifs, côté rue un peu bruyant car axe très passager et pas d'accueil sur place : il faut aller chercher les clés dans une autre résidence à 7km. Voiture indispensable et GPS vivement conseillé.

Het was zeker een aangename verblijf van 1 week. We zijn met zijn vieren, waarvan 2 kinderen van respectievelijk 8 en 12 jaar oud. Het is zeer schoon en bijna alles is compleet. Het zwembad ligt circa 4 meter afstand van ons huis en dit is zeer ideaal. De ligging van Jardins de Pera is zeer centraal in Algarve. Het is zeker de moeite waard om hier terug te komen. Alleen 1 klein minpuntje is dat de receptie ergens anders zich bevindt.

A minha estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é espectacular, pois tem boas áreas para habitação, como área envolvente e bastante sossegado. A piscina é bastante grande e agradável. Está perto de tudo, desde praias como centros comerciais e até de centros de diversão.

Superbe appart hôtel à 15 mn de voiture de plages magnifiques Seul problème à l'adresse du logement pas de réception, Il faut récupérer les clés à un autre hôtel à quelques km de là mais rien n'est précisé nulle part ni sur le site ni une fois arrivé là bas et c'est plutôt difficile à trouver l'endroit

Preis für die Größe der Villa sehr gut. Zimmer waren sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist zu empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, um die Strände in der Umgebung zu besichtigen. Mit Auto die perfekte Unterkunft.

stayed here for a wedding. Must have a car. New complex well maintained just outside Pera so good location for travelling around.

This apartment is really good equipped with plenty of cutlery and appliances. Nice pool area with sun beds.

A nice place for relaxing with friends and family where water parks and shoppings are 5 minutes driving. fairly clean and comfortable. I would recommend to family with children and group of friends that what to have the comfort of a house with freedom to came and go at any time. I also would recommend the hotel to add more TV channels, to cover more languages.

You will need a car but this small, quiet complex is lovely. We visited in high season with two teenagers and we all had a great time combining time at the villa with activities around Albuferia. The villa is like a home from home and although ours was located on the N125 side it didn't cause us any issues.
