1층에 머물렀는데.습하고 눅눅함이 좀있었습니다.리셉션담당하시는 분은 친절하게 안내를 잘해주었고...관광지에서 걸어다닐만했습니다..다만 숙소가 언덕에 있음.

Very good maintenance

Un appartement agréable au deuxième étage avec une petite terrasse à 15mn du centre historique et commercial de Lisbonne.

Soffitti e pareti non insonorizzate, esterni degradati, disagevole accessibilità. Struttura interna gradevole e recente.

Apartamento muy bien dotado, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Muy recomendable.

Tres bel appartement, tres pratique, a 5 minutes du centre ville.

Bon sejour dans cet appartement refait a neuf. Tout a été bien dans l'ensemble sauf peut etre le niveau de confort du lit.

Pros - apartment is well set out, with good amenities and you would easily be able to cook well there. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. The lady who met us was friendly and helpful Cons - (not really the fault of Lis apartments but) the area was full of bags of open rubbish, flocks of pigeons and dog mess on the road; during our 2 night stay some was collected but more rubbish was dumped. The area did not feel unsafe, just dirty. The apartment was not well soundproofed, the people of the floor above us sounded like they were tap-dancing across the floor nightly. There were no smoke alarms in the building. The laminate had 'blown' in several places indicating a previous flood. It smelled a little musty. It was expensive for the area.

The young man who showed us in was very nice. Everything was as expected. The property was clean and convenient. Very good for our family with two adults two kids. Unfortunately there was no one there when we arrived and it’s a little scary when you arrive in a new country and no one is there to let you into your room. My young son desperately needed a bathroom and unfortunately could not get to one in time. Not the best way to begin. Otherwise very good. Thanks!

Great spot for two adults - two children. Adam (property mgr) was very communicative before our arrival and the boy Edam (sp?) who checked us in was very friendly… unfortunately we only stayed 1 night on a transfer from Paris to Lagos so didn’t get much time to explore the area - but the nights rest was great, quiet too

Céntrico acogedor y limpio

Our stay at Lis Apartments was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Truly home away from home. Sandra was amazing, responsive, and a wealth of information. I would give it ten stars if I could and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sandra!!

L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne à pied comme en bus, le quartier est très bien desservi. La propriétaire est adorable et très prévenante et réactive aux demandes. En revanche, l' appartement avec patio est un peu plus petit que sur la photo mais convient très bien pour 3 personnes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to transportation and most attractions.

Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario per passare delle giornate a Lisbona. Molto vicino a un piccolo supermercato e ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico.

Apartment was comfortable. The location was great- was nervous at first climbing the hill as it was our first time in Lisbon but it turned out to be lots of fun experiencing the true culture of Lisbon and very nice people around. Lovely apartment

This apartment was just so cute. It was clean and had lots of sunlight. It was fully equipped, it even had a washer and dish washer. It’s a very central location and you can literally was everywhere. The host was very nice as well. They contacted me before I checked in and was accessible by WhatsApp. I was able to call him when the cab driver needed direction, which I greatly appreciate. Love this place, highly recommend staying here.

Appartement conforme à la description. Il est bien placé pour des visites touristiques (moins de 10min à pied pour praca de figueira, 5mn metro intendente). Calme absolu. La propreté est irréprochable. L'équipement est top (sauf un petit détail a l'intention du propriétaire : il n'y a pas de passoire ou alors je ne l'ai pas trouvée !). La vue depuis le séjour est sympa. Je recommande largement cet hébergement !!

Amazing stay overall. Really close to supermarket. I was here over Christmas and the landlord even came by with treats and wine! So generous of them and made me feel so special!
