너무 안좋은 숙소임. 냄새도 나고 곰팡이에..엘리베이터가 없어서 오르내리기도 힘들고.. 미리 체크인 안내 메일도 없고..

룸 : 1층 방을 받았어요. 다른 여러 호실처럼 하나의 현관을 공유하지 않고, 별개의 단독 출입문을 사용하더군요. 그래서 처음에 방을 찾을 땐 몇 호인지 몰라 헤맸습니다. 다른 한국인분 후기에선 반지하라고 하시던데, 출입문은 1층이고 내부의 반대편 창문을 열면 지하라서 반지하라고 한듯하네요. (저와 이전 한국인 후기 모두 1층을 쓴건 우연의 일치가 맞을진 모르겠지만요...) 1층의 경우 사진에 나오는 목조 바닥은 없으며, 타일 바닥이 전부입니다. 당연히 뷰는 조망할 수 없지만, 힘들게 캐리어를 들고 오르내리지 않아도 된다는 장점은 있어요. 서비스 : 밤늦게 도착해서 호실을 찾지 못해 숙소로 전화하니, 직원이 바로 받아 응대해줬습니다. 'Make up room'을 걸었을 땐 수건 리필과 설거지를 비롯하여 깔끔하게 정돈되었구요. 나쁘지 않은 서비스였다 생각합니다. + 공항 픽업서비스 기사분 진짜 엄청 완전 친절 위생 : 전반적으로 깔끔한 편입니다. 침구류는 말할 것도 없이 깨끗했어요. 일부 부족했던 부분은 아래에서... 욕실 : 샤워부스가 좁아요... 한국의 넓은 샤워부스에 익숙해서 그런지 씻을때 불편했습니다ㅠㅠ... 유럽은 다른 곳도 이럴까요..? 제가 해외 여행이 처음이라 적응이 전혀 안 된 탓도 있을테니, 참고 하시면 될 것 같아요. 그리고 샤워호스는 교체를 해야되겠더라구요. 오래 써서 고무가 다 보였어요. 주방 : 각 종 접시와 냄비, 식기류가 구비되어 있어요. 당연히(?) 젓가락은 없구요ㅋㅋ 대부분 깔끔했으나, 일부 컵은 안 쪽이 다소 불결했습니다. 하지만 크게 대수롭진 않았어요. 어차피 컵을 쓸 일이 딱히 없거든요. 물 끓이는 포트는 안쪽을 헹구고 쓰려 했는데, 도저히 어떻게 여는지를 모르겠더라구요ㅋㅋ 씻지 않고 쓰기엔 좀 찜찜해서 그냥 냄비로 물을 끓였습니다. 세탁 : 주방에 붙어있는 세탁기는 한국과 비교했을 때 한 번 돌리면 꽤 오래 돌아요! 제가 설정을 잘못 한건진 모르겠으나, 참고하셔서 손해볼 건 없을듯요. 그리고 빨래가 잘 안 말라요... 하루면 마르겠지~ 하고 쉽게 생각하셨다가 낭패를 볼 수 있어요ㅋㅋㅋ 위치 : 위치는 나쁘지 않아요. 마트가 가깝고, 숙소를 벗어나 왼쪽으로 조금 가면 나오는 에스컬레이터를 이용하면 호시우역에 쉽게 접근할 수 있어요. 다만 좀 경사진 곳에 있다보니 드나들기 불편한 점은 더러 있을 수 있습니다. 근데 사실 리스본은 어디든 다 경사진 것 같긴 해요ㅋㅋ (동네가 밤되면 위험하다고는 하더라구요... 근데 전 딱히 그런 느낌 못 받긴 했습니다ㅋㅋ.. 근데 또 제 일행은 무섭다곤 하더라구요ㅇㅅㅇ) 소음 : 1층인데다 방음이 안 되서 지나가는 사람 소리 다 들려요. 전 기차가 지나가거나 누가 고성방가를 해도 개의치 않을 정도로 소음을 신경쓰지 않아서 괜찮았지만... 민감하신 분들은 불편하겠다 싶더라구요. P.S. 에어컨이 무려 삼성ㅋㅋㅋ 돌아다니니 더웠는데 넘 좋았어요.

위치가 별로, 반지하 방을 줘서 그닥... 안에 시설은 괜찮았음

this hotel is near stations of bus, metro, tram, in direct distance. the way is stairs. very high, long, narrow because it's under construction. it's lisboa, so it could be invitable. just i knew about this after the rservation. yes, that's my fault. there is no reception desk and boy. so i got a mail to pay city tax. i should pay city tax before check-in, then i got my room code. there was only one women to housekeep, inform, introduce, who can't listen and speak in english at all. coming into the room, there was full of FABRIZ. the scent gave me a headache. i felt the pillows and sheets uncleaned. it's just a feeling. it was too cold for me, though i'm strong to coldness. there was a heater but useless inspite of working. i closed all windows including inner window of wood and the door to the kitchen. but it didn't enough. very severe odor came from the toilet. and shower-box is very tiny. i can't understand why this hotel is 4 star grade. and i do not agree with. i will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Not what I booked. I was thrown into a room that opens directly onto the unsafe street instead of being in the apartment building. The doors all lock from the inside like a dungeon which is needed because the area is unsafe and dodgy. Super noisy outside and within the building as well. Left after one night and booked a hotel in downtown Lisbon instead. Will be looking for a refund on the subsequent nights after I left because I didn’t get what I paid for at all.

We were late arriving due to flight so we arrived about 2:00 AM. The area looked pretty sketchy at night. The Uber driver dropped our luggage in the street and took off. We rang the bell and rang the bell and called and got no response! So we were two women with two young children just standing on the street at 2:00 AM. A drunk came staggering down the street and a man urinated against the building on the other side of the street. My husband and son arrived in another Uber about 15 minutes later after also trying to contact this place. No luck. Needless to say we all crowded into the Uber and went to find a hotel. Not easy in high season at 2:15 AM! We requested our money back but they refused. They said they sent instructions for how to access the apartment. We eventually found them in our spam folder from some woman. Not sure how we would know to look for that! In searching the reviews we are not the first people this happened to. Avoid at all cost!!!!! And no one ever contacted us when we did not check in. Maybe they are used to that. And by the way, I have never written a negative review in my life!

It was a decent place! The toughest things for me was parking as well as accessing the code to get in! Besides that not too bad of a place as it is clean and cute!

Great place to stay. Instructions to the apartment were not clear and we ended up at the wrong building. We used the available phone and the man we spoke to was somewhat helpful getting us sorted out. When we made it to the right building, we were still confused and the lady we called was again, only somewhat helpful. The room was still being cleaned well past check in (until 3:30) which made us late for our next stop. The apartment was nice, however, which was a silver lining.

The property is easily accessed from the ground level, and is tidy/ clean inside. * **Traveler beware. We initially chose this unit for the tail end of our trip, and had booked well in advance before ever being in Portugal. At this point we now have a rental vehicle. The listing said that it provided parking. Well, that was non existent. There is a parkade 2 blocks away, and trust me; driving a car in Lisbon and rerouting on one way/ single lane busy streets is an adventure in itself.Do not book this unit if you have a vehicle. Also, we didnt receive any check in instructions. There is a code to a small entry in order to scan your passports, and then it gives you an email with code for your unit. Luckily for us we had cell service and called / connected with a worker whom was present at the property. (* a bit rude btw). Normally Im not too picky with details, but these two things were non negotiables in my opinion. So many options in Lisbon; choose wisely.

Appartamento carino ma non eccellente. Facile effettuare check-in e check out non vi spaventate se non vi mandano la mail 24h prima perchè sul posto troverete come farlo. Ottima la zona. Lasciano a desiderare la pulizia dei muri e del balcone, e la temperatura interna

We had 2 bedroom den with balcony on the 4th floor. It was a good stay overall. We loved the location. It was sandwiched between san jorge castle and moritz square, access to so many restaurants, attractions and shopping. We stayed 4 nights in total. On our first and last night there was a sewer backup smell coming from the bathroom. The internet was spotty and kept cutting in and out. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was hard to figure out if luggage storage was available for the property (it is not at this specific location), and no check in instructions were given even though there was supposed to be an email, so we had to call to figure it out. The check in process itself was fine, as it was a self-check in machine. Communication could have been a bit clearer overall. The unit itself was clean, but had a strong unpleasant smell from the moment you walk in (very sulfuric, kind of sewer-smelling). It was mainly something in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door closed the entire stay. There was also quite a bit of noise you could hear from units above, so would not recommend for light sleepers. Overall, it was manageable but we would not likely stay again.

Propreté et équipements du studio Mais bruyant porte d'entrée qui claque violemment, bruits de couloir. Odeur d'égouts dans la salle d'eau.

Excellent location, safe, local flavor, immaculate housekeeping.

Avevamo l’appartamento n 42, al quarto piano. con una bellissima vista della città verso piazza Martim Moniz. la struttura si trova proprio alla fine della scala mobile che dalla piazza sale su. il palazzo di quattro piani non dispone di un ascensore e le scale possono essere non agevoli se si viaggia con bagagli ingombranti. Check-in online oppure tramite il Totem presente all’ingresso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. il monolocale ha la giusta dimensione per una coppia. Utensili di cucina e alcuni elettrodomestici, la possibilità di usare la lavatrice anche acquistando le “tabs” direttamente dal servizio ai piani (1 euro a tabs). Letto comodo. Le uniche cose da migliorare: durante le giornate di maggiore vento, dal bagno si sentiva un odore di acqua stagnante. aggiungerei qualche mensola in bagno e un lavandino più grande. ci torneremo volentieri

Overall a good stay given the age of the flat. Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours. Only 1 spare thin toilet roll so had to buy more. June is the month of street parties so we could hear a nearby party but we really didn’t mind as it felt like white noise but others might mind. Access to lockers at a different apartment was super helpful and easy as it was just €1. Location is great as close to a more diverse neighbourhood/restaurants, several train stations and great views (head to the 7th floor bar of a local Pingo supermarket).
