parking price in hotel is very expensive. The price should be informed in hotels.com. House keeping is charged. Cost-effectiveness is very bad.

Definitely not worth the price. This Hotel is not what you will expect through how it is sold in photos and marketing. You will, like me, most likely think that this will be an upscale experience. This is not at all what is going on at this hotel. Walking in the halls I felt like I was at a Holiday Inn with non-decorated corridors with scuff marks on the walls, at reception I felt like it was a hostel with people all over the place and dressed in their own choice of super casual clothing, and eating at the Italian restaurant—Santa Marta—was a super casual place with bad service. I can say the food was good, but with non-existent service, who cares about the food. I was left hunting for someone each time I needed anything. My room matched the photos and was great which was the only positive I can honestly share. The pool area is much smaller than in photos and is largely grass and dirt in the landscaping where you will have to set up a chair, if you can get one. People crowd in like sardines at times which looked exactly like a low-end Las Vegas hotel pool. No joke. There are only about 8 sunbeds at the pool and the rest is folding chairs with your feet on dirt and grass. I was also extremely upset to have an employee be aggressively rude to me the one time that I called reception to ask for something. Not worth the price! The guests at this hotel were largely on the younger side, and not there for a nicer, high-end hotel experience like I thought I was going to have.

We had a room with a balcony on the main floor. Rooms are small but they very comfortable and had everything we need to make our stay pleasant.

The pool was amazing, very chilled and good vibes. The hotel was clean, rooms had lots of space a full facilities - kitchen, iron etc. Staff were great - shout out to Chris at the pool bar! Pizza was also great! Overall the hotel was a great place to stay in Lisbon. One thing to note - a bit of a walk to the main centre of the city so Ubers are a must, but being 4 of us it didn’t really bother us!

Beautiful pool & very helpful staff

Serviced apartment type offering (ie no housekeeping) with a lovely courtyard, pool and bar area. The focus here is very much on the visually appealing amenities space and not on the rooms themselves. Extremely poor design of bathrooms, TV in a very awkward spot, minimal light coming into the room due to a balcony/window that is blocked/not visible from the bed. Would come back for a drink but not to stay

Just returned from our stay at the hotel. We loved everything about our room and visit. Can’t thank Sophie enough for looking after us so well and for Mason for the excellent bar service! Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I didn’t get the chance to use the facilities as we spent most of our time exploring Lisbon, however still had a very great stay and the best sleeps (hence all the energy for exploration). Hotel staff were also great and every interaction; during check in/check out/and if we had questions for front desk - was handled with genuine care. Thanks Locke for an unforgettable trip!

The room had everything you could need and was was charming. The only very minor issue was the thermostat; it got a little warm one night and we couldn’t lower the temperature. But we also didn’t ask about it.

Modern and clean room. Very compact one bedroom unit. Booked it as I am on a month long trip and a washer and dryer were advertised in the unit. The unit was a not so hot all in one tiny unit. Would have been better off just going to a laundry. Couch was very informally and not usable. Terrace was large and nice. Unit was overpriced.

Our first stay at Locke was absolutely fantastic! It was right next to the metro, so we could easily get around the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for a great stay.

We liked our short stay. The staff was great and the location excelent. The room was small, woth very room to maneuver around the bed.

Staff was helpful and always willing to above and beyond.

I’m hesitant to leave a good review because I don’t want it this property to get more expensive when I stay the next time! This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All of the restaurants and bars on the property are fantastic. Very clean, very friendly. My room was phenomenal. Has washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher! The people complaining about not having fresh towels are lazy. It takes 2 minutes to go to the front desk for new ones. If that is your biggest complaint staying somewhere as beautiful as here then you have much bigger issues. Highly recommend! 10/10

Exceptionnel! Hôtel parfaitement situé pour les déplacements, ultra confortable, bien équipé...le personnel super gentil...on a adoré! Passez faire un petit tour au bar secret Kissaten. Totalement satisfait.
