1층을 사용해서 다소 소음이 있었지만 그것은 private의 장점으로 상쇄.. 침대가 더블이라 약간 아쉬웠다. 누군가와 같이 왔으면 좋았을것을

The Lounge Inn was absolutely amazing! From the unique rooms, to the cleanliness, to the staff, I can’t wait to go back. Melo, one of the managers, was the most amazing. We enjoyed some welcome drinks with him and he told us all about Porto and what to do! We didn’t have to make our own itinerary. 5/5 starts for Melo and the Lounge Inn!

Localização muito boa, quarto amplo.

No recomendado. Al llegar el señor de la recepción no sabía ni hablar en inglés ni en español algo que dificultó mucho la comunicación, luego tuvimos que dejar las maletas tiradas en un rincón ya que teníamos que ir a un tour y nadie estaba en el dichoso hotel. Al llegar en la noche nuevamente no había nadie en la recepción ya habían subido nuestras maletas. Al entrar a la habitación lo primero un olor a humedad terrible, la habitación demasiado pequeña, lo más aqueroso fue encontrar pelos largos en las almohadas y sangre en el cabecero de la cama y en las almohadas, el baño se notaba sucio y había un vaso con agua sucia. Al día siguiente no limpiaron nada solo te dieron la cama. Nunca había nadie en recepción para por lo menos pedir que limpiaran, tuvimos que comprar desinfectante y limpiar un poco ya que nos dio mucho asco, las toallas se notaban demasiado viejas y dudamos que estuvieran limpias según los acontecimientos. NO RECOMENDADO.

This place is great. It's close to a metro station. The room is huge and includes a kitchen, a dining table and dishes if you like to cook on your vacation.

It failed my white napkin wipe test for cleanliness. I got locked out coming back to the hotel on my first night because there's no 24-hour desk so to get in you need to use a code. My code is not work on the door locked. Fortunately a man came by and said there are two doors for this place are you sure that you're using the right door. It turned out that I needed the door on the right. The daytime desk man never explained that to me. I think maybe the lounge Inn door on the left is for the service personnel but I'm not sure what that door is for. The shower was great the mattress was adequate. It's very close to the metro stop and there are cafes around the square where the Metro stop is where I got coffee and food.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad para desplazarse en metro o bus. Habitaciones cómodas aunque no muy grandes, personal del hotel atento y amable

Good location for transport (metro station only about 200 metres away) but very noisy, especially the one ground floor room, which I was given.

No lo recomiendo, y menos la habitación de la planta baja (por su cercanía con la recepción, ruído constante hasta las 22 horas, como con la calle muu transitada por coches u persona). El cuarto de baño no tiene salida para la humedad, y el colgador de las toallas estaba pegado con cinta. Relación calidad/precio muy mediocre

We had a very warm welcome, Melo from the reception was super friendly and told us about all the visiting points and showed us pictures and all. Very helpful! Also, the fact that they use a password instead of a physical key is very convenient

El Hotel era bastante acogedor, los dependientes o dueños eran encantadores nos dieron la bienvenida con un vino oporto y te daban todo tipo de información sobre que ver o donde comer en oporto.

Ontzettend aardige manager die ons trakteert op lekkere glaasjes port. En hij gaf ons veel tips over bezienswaardigheden. Wij hadden een mooie ruime studio, wat wij daar wel miste is een kapstok om je jas op te hangen en een mogelijkheid om je kleding uit je koffer neer te leggen.

L’hôtel est en fait des appartements, dans notre bâtiment il n’y a pas de réception. Nous sommes arrivées en dehors des heures d’ouvertures mais les instructions par mail étaient très clair et nous n’avons eu aucun pb à rejoindre notre chambre. La chambre était grande, propre avec un balcon donnant sur une église. Le seul petit bémol est que quelqu’un a essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre à 4h du matin à plusieurs reprises, nous étions 2 avec ma maman et pas de réception pour nous aider. On a eu peur et impossible de dormir après cela. Mail envoyé pour prévenir l’hôtel et plus de 48h après pas de réponse. Il faut vraiment considérer cet endroit comme des appartements. Discothèque en dessous mais très bien insonorisé nous n’avons rien entendu.
