Utsikten är fantastisk. Ljus och trevlig lägenhet. Bra sängar. Vattentrycket kunde vara bättre, lite bristfällig köksutrustning (glas och koppar). Tvättmaskin ett stort plus. Bra fördel med butik som har nybakat bröd. Ett bra utbud av restauranger i närheten.

The stay was very good everything is up to standart and bery good views from the balcony, quiet no any noises from neighbours. Only small thing please add little tea spoons to the drawer, because was only table spoons there.

The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out.

Was amazing the kids loved it . Will definitely recommend to friends.

I don't very often leave reviews but in the apartment I will on arrival we were met with the owner abel Lucas and he could not to anymore to make us welcome and on stepping in to the apartment we were blown away it is wonderful and has everything u could possible need and moor . the view of the ocean is out standing so should you go there yes

Appartement lumineux, agréable et confortable, vue sur mer, propriétaire disponible et accueillant. Un peu de bruit : quartier animé, beaucoup d’hôtels et de restaurants.

Todo perfecto. Apto amplio, con todo lo necesario en la zona hotelera.

Super bien placé, appartement grand , clair , avec grand balcon sur mer. Commerces , restaurants et tous services au pied de l'immeuble. Parking très appréciable dans cette zone très fréquentée.

Modernes sauberes Apartment mit sehr guter Aussicht und Balkon. Gute Lage, Gebäude von außen etwa alt, aber Wohnung renoviert.

It's wonderful, everything is a walk away. Weather was great. If I had a problem the manager would sort it out and very friendly. Also he will inform you what's cheap. Go back anytime. Wonderful food.

We had an amazing time, it was well located next to supermarket, tour companies and an main bus routes. We were a short walk from the lido with great sea views. Abel and Sarah were superb on check-in and check out and made us feel very welcome. everything you need is provided, only beach towels needed and what you will use daily can be bought easily. We only gave a lower mark for condition as A/c would be great as would fan ventilation in the bathroom and we got mosquito bites as had to leave the windows open at night but still, I would not hesitate to book again, just would bring long sleeve pjs and mosquito repellent.

Kaikin puolin mukava asunto. Aikalailla kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Kahvinkeitin olisi voinut olla tyyliä yleismalli tai mutteripannu. Se oli Dolce Gusto -kone, johon kahvi on hieman kallista. Asunto sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa, joten näköalat olivat erittäin mukavat. Huonona puolena mainittakoon, että vesipaine ei riittänyt ihan tuonne 7. kerrokseen asti, oli nimittäin hieman heikko suihku. Talon alakerrassa oli ruokakauppa, välittömässä läheisyydessä ravintoloita, kahviloita, uintipaikka ja muita palveluja. Bussipysäkki 50 metrin päässä, josta pääsi muutamalla eurolla Funchalin keskustaan. Alue oli hotelli/asuintalo -valtaista, joten alueella liikkui niin turisteja, kuin paikallisiakin. Mukavan välimatkan päässä ydinkeskustasta. Parkkipaikka on kaikkien talossa asuvien käytössä ja melko ahdas. Tämä kannattaa ottaa huomioon, jos tulee vuokra-autolla. Useista autoista oli kulmat naarmuilla, meidän auto selvisi ilman ruhjeita. Muutaman kerran parkkipaikka oli niin täynnä, että jouduimme jättämään auton kadun varteen n. 300 metrin päähän. Asunnon luovuttaja kertoi antoi alussa hyvän tietopaketin asunnosta/seudusta jne.
