직원들이 매우 친절함

Everything is good..

6박을 이 호텔에서 투숙했어요.. 4성 호텔이라 되어있는데 3성 정도 호텔이구요.. 위치는 로시우역만큼은 못하지만 지하철이 가깝고 로시우까지 4정거장 정도면 가니까 괜찮은 편입니다.. 그것만 제외하고는 모든게 꽝인 호텔입니다. 마지막날 밤에 샤워하려니 뜨거운물이 나오지 않아,, 밤12시가 되어서 나오기 시작했고 방에 개미가 많습니다. 전체적으로 직원들이 친절하지 않고 체크인 하는데도 아무말 없이 20분 넘게 세워두고 지체했습니다.. 뜨거운 물이 필요해서 전화하니 룸서비스로 전화하라하고 룸서비스 전화하니 bar로 내려오라해서 가니 작은컵 하나 정도 만큼만 줄수 있다고 웃지 않는 얼굴로 얘기했습니다.. 담날 조식때 그 직원보니 전혀 인사하지 않구요... 전반적으로 불친절 하다는 인상을 받았습니다... 다시 리스본에 간다면 절대 절대 선택하지 않을 호텔입니다.

무료 와이파이 제공되며 연결속도도 비교적 좋은 편임

I feel overall’s fine, just bumped into not very good experience that one of staff told me I couldn’t have milk in room when I would like to make a cup of coffee (Coffee powder you can find in room) after check-in on the first day, luckily, one of waiters, Bulo provided me a small jug of milk. So I felt quite strange why they didn’t leave some capsules of milk in room but tea packs. Other than that, we could have lovely breakfast there.

Clean room, staff helpful. It's not a luxurious hotel, but quiet area, easy access to anywhere in Lisbon. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Aunque se encuentra alejado del casco histórico, hay opciones cercanas del transporte público. El hotel es excelente! Calidad óptima a muy buen precio

Great Hotel, -Room was Nice and big. Bed was good. -Bathroom was small bur fine. -great and polite people -excellent breakfast -location is really good near, mall and metro -

Not worth the price – rude staff and worn-out hotel I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation — furniture is chipped, everything looks a bit run-down. But the worst part was the attitude of the staff. I asked the front desk for some plates and cutlery to take to my room. Instead of helping, they sent me to the restaurant, which was empty. I found what I needed myself — only to be stopped and harshly reprimanded by a bartender on the way back. He spoke to me in an extremely rude and condescending manner, as if I had done something wrong or worked for him. He even took the silverware from me and replaced it with cheap disposable bamboo cutlery, which was useless. For €120 a night, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism. Sadly, I received neither. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Still a nice hotel with nice and helpful staff, windows cannot or should not be opened, but this is not a disadvantage in the vicinity of the airport flight path, easy to reach from the metro and in a friendly neighbourhood

Está un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos pero muy cerca de 2 estaciones de metro. El desayuno muy completo

The room were very small

L hôtel indique 4 étoiles mais je ne pense pas qu il soit au niveau. L accueil et le hall étaient certes parfaits mais au niveau des chambres c est autre chose. Tres mal insonorisées, le menage commence à 7h30 avec l aspirateur. Beaucoup de choses dégradées (tete de lit cassee et abimee a plusieurs endroits, meubles abimes et porte de la salle de bain qui gondole en bas comme sil y avait eu une inondation). Ceci n est pas digne d un 4 etoiles

I booked 7 months before my stay and was allocated a room with twin beds at the rear facing a laneway and rooftop pipes. When I complained I was given a double bed (two singles pushed together) with plastic undersheets and other sheets too small to fit the "double bed' Bathroom was grubby and we found long black hairs , not ours, daily. The breakfast was very low quality. Any complaint was defended and justified by staff, who were quite rude.Felt like a tourist, take it or leave it.
