Very clean studio. Bed very comfortable. Great location Staff very helpful especially the receptionist

Gated parking was a plus !! Apartment was very big and spacious. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered straight to our door. It was very tasty. The room was a little bit cold this time of year. We couldnt find a heater or any way to heat the apartment. It was ok for us, but any colder outside and it would have been a bit too cold. Otherwise a wonderful stay !!

The flat was huge, very nice and clean. The parking was really handy.

Uns wurde ein super bequemes Bett in einer netten Suite zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Ausstattung des Zimmers wurde auf viele Details Wert gelegt: Moderne Geräte, Softclose der Schubläden, Dämmung der Fenster (Nachts kann es dort ziemlich frisch werden). Alles, zum Wohfühlen.

Bed was very hard needs a foam topper or something but not a feather one some people are allergic … instructions on how to use or operate things in apt. Would’ve been helpful

We only stayed one night in our passing through. The place is located on a walkable part of the city, which we enjoyed. Since we were only there for a night we did not mind the laid off the apartment. There was only one sofa chair and for a bed they had a Murphy bed. It was too close in and the mattress was very uncomfortable. In top of that the apartment we got was facing a very busy street, all night.

Unit very roomy and parking a plus. Not much close by with exception of a nice small brewery.

Unit was very pleasing for family of four.

Check in was a complete disaster. Codes were incorrect, Safe Codes were also incorrect. Emergency number was unmanned. Property didn't come back to me till the morning. Plus the kitchen cupboards had opened chips/cookies from previous customer. Indication the property wasn't cleaned properly. The Staff were friendly and apologetic and rectified the problem by refunding 50% of our first night stay

Check was easy as we were before 1800 and the office was in the next street to the apartment. Unfortunately when we arrived one of the rooms was not clean and felt we could not stay there. Luckily were were able to get t back to the office and they were extremely apologetic and helpful. We were given another apartment and a complimentary breakfast box (which was delicious) for the rest of our stay. Sometimes there is problems - I felt it was an unusual situation - but its how the company then deal with it that can be the true test and they were great. We had the 2 bed duplex and it was really nice - modern bathrooms, great showers and fully equipped kitchen. Had a little balcony too but not very useful in January. The area felt safe and quite residential but was a 15 minute walk or so to the main attractions and the river. We ended up getting a few ubers back in the evening which were only €3. It you have longer time in Porto would recommend but maybe if time is short you might want to stay nearer the river.

Minha experiência foi muito agradável. Recomendo para aqueles que desejam sair um pouco da rotina dos Hotéis.
