넓고 좋아요. 하우스키핑은 매일 해주지 않아요. 4박에 1회 해주는 듯 수건을 요청해야 추가해줍니다. 방에서 신을 슬리퍼가 없어요. 주변에 맛집이 많고, 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 화장실 문을 열어두면 화장실 냄새가 조금 납니다.

공항에 짐이 오지않아 도움을 요청하였는데 정말 잘 해주셔서 마음 편안하게 포르투에서 여행할 수 있었어요

렐루서점등 관광지가 가깝고 몰랐는데 아주 핫한 거리에 있어서 거리에 밤늦은 시간에도 사람이 많았어요. 숙소는 엘베가 없는거 빼고는 모든것이 좋았어요. 호스트분도 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗하고 항상 좋은 향기가 나고 주방이 있어서 요리해먹기도 좋고 매일 수건도 갈아주시고 매일 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셔서 나갔다 들어오면 새집같았어요. 덕분에 포르투도 좋은 기억으로 남았어요.

공간이 매우 넓고 시설도 깨끗합니다. 수건은 환경보호 차원에서 4일에 한번만 교체해준다고 책자를 통해 안내되어 있는데, 저희는 이 부분을 처음부터 보지 못하고 체크인 다음날 외출 후 돌아와서 알게 됐어요ㅜㅜㅋㅋ 미리 알고가시면 좋을 거 같아요!

This is a newly built building. Fixtures are luxurious and clean. The administrator provides immediate guidance and kind service. I'd like to recommend this place.

Perfectly situated and so so clean. Absolutely lovely staff and so helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Apartment had everything we needed and more.

Great apartment, very well located. There are a lot of steps to the room as others have mentioned but the stairway is very well maintained. The only issue for us was the air conditioning was not fit for purpose and did not cool the room properly.

We enjoyed the location and the large apartment we had. A downside was how noisy the apartments are…no real soundproofing at all. This is explained on a piece of paper in the room, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could decide whether or not to stay here. Bedroom, living/dining area was nice, but the washroom was a bit underwhelming and dingy.

Great place in great location and host was excellent. We didn’t realize that we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and the washer was broken during our stay. Overall comfortable place.

Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens. Our apartment was extremely clean and quiet, and access was easy and convenient. This space was central to a lot of sites in Porto and was very walkable, as there are 3 restaurants outside right when you walk out the door.

Super nice staff,Joana was very friendly and helpful. Great location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Kitchen fully equpted. We stayed 3 nights and very pleased.

La réceptionniste Joana a été très sympathique et aidante. Le transfert pour l’aéroport organisé par elle aussi était là comme prévu , malgré que ce fût à 5:00 am. Je recommande cet appartement très lumineux.

This was a great central location! Lively cute area and was able to walk to everywhere. Apartment was nice & clean! Staff was nice and very helpful.

I booked this place last minute and overall it was just ok. Great location and the room had character but overall it was not as clean as I would expect, particularly in the bathroom. There were smudges on the mirror and the shower had mold in the grout. Also the shower didn’t drain well, so I had to take super fast showers and even still I was standing in a pool of water. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it due to the issues in the bathroom

Before you go: there isn't a lift. There isn't a dedicated check-in area. You'll receive a text with door code and key retrieval instruction at 16:00; you won't be able to access room earlier. You may be able to have bags stored if you ask. Communication before our stay was good and we were able to be received at the property before 16:00, receiving a detailed check-in and stored our bags. We asked for a third night and were given a very favorable rate. The room was very nice, very clean. Comfortable bed & furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Huge windows with direct & indirect views, a residential street with multiple restaurants directly out the door. Quiet. Minutes walk from Centro. We did ask via app & text for soap in the shower and whether coffee could be replenished. There was no response. We went shopping for soap, shampoo & toilet paper (room ran out). There is a good coffee & pastry shop on the nearby square to get the morning started. We enjoyed our stay and pushed through the minor inconveniences.

Spacious room and very convenient location.

Property is walking distance to many places. Bathroom shower drain issues and limited toilet supply. As for noice at night if you are a lite sleeper it can be a problem.

Felt like a lovely home in a perfect location above some stunning restaurants. Cant recommend enough

Very good and excellent location in central Porto with easy accceas to many of the main attractions of Porto and good restaurants. Also good communication with the person in charge of the property. Most appreciated.
