Clean very dated butgood value

Friendly staff, clean hotel in a great location. It's a bit dated, but was perfect for my stay.

The place is disgusting, infested with cockroaches (big ones!) and mostly falling apart, not to mention the beds that hurt to sleep on and the pillows seemingly filled with baked beans. How it has 4 stars is crazy, it wouldn't get 1 star if a UK inspector visited it today. Didn't last the full stay, checked out early, and the owners rudely told us where to shove our refund request

This is no longer a 4* property. The rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The cleanliness is fine for the rooms and what I generally seen around the rest of the complex. We used this complex for a stag do. Stag do’s & Hen parties seem to be the main stay of the present business. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The entertainment was ok but not necessarily to my taste. I didn’t eat in the complex so I can’t comment about the restaurant.

Good location

We came for the Northern Soul event for the first time. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and good value for money. The position of the hotel was great with an easy walk to the old town. Staff were excellent all round. Loved our room overlooking the avenue with the sun streaming in. Happy days. Thankyou we will be back .

Very disappointed with the room.

Os empregados da piscina exterior são uma simpatia e a única mais valia do hotel Tudo o resto é pessimo. Camas super desconfortáveis, tudo super antiquado e a precisar de renovação urgente. Toalhas de banho no WC, velhas e algumas rasgadas. A piscina interior está em muito más condições, sem manutenção.

Close to the beach

As it was off season not all facilities were active. Enjoyable stay an great location

A large complex. Our studio was adequate. The wifi was very intermittent and only really worked in the bathroom. The cable channels offered very little in english and pictures broke up regularly. Staff did attend quickly to any requests. This was a budget holiday so I guess you get what you pay for and did represent decent value for money

It has good location and a nice outdoor pool

Mon sejour était parfait . Localisation parfaite avec presque tout a proximité . Mise a par une perte écharpe dans notre valise.. j'ai offert une echarpe a ma femme une echarpe qui a subitement disparu.. nous accusons les femmes de menage. Je ne compte pas resté sans rien fair donc fait attention au affaire que vous pouvais laisser trainé dans votre logement .. My stay was perfect. Perfect location with almost everything nearby. Put aside by a loss scarf in our suitcase.. I offered a scarf to my wife a scarf which suddenly disappeared.. we accuse the cleaning ladies. I do not intend to stay idle so be careful of the business that you could leave lying around in your accommodation.. Minha estadia foi perfeita. Localização perfeita com quase tudo por perto. Colocado de lado por um lenço perdido em nossa mala.. Eu ofereci um lenço para minha esposa um lenço que desapareceu de repente.. acusamos as faxineiras. Eu não pretendo ficar ocioso, então tome cuidado com os negócios que você pode deixar espalhados em sua acomodação..

The property is well located (10 min walk from new town, 15 from old town) and the staff were friendly however it is in serious need of renovations. While it was practically ok, the rooms and corridors were very dull and basic. Good for a family holiday

Convenient and close to everything.

Lovely staff great pool both indoor and outdoor rooms spotlessly clean however a few rooms need an update

I liked the reception and bar service. The cleaning was not so good as the last time I stayed in Paraiso . However Paraiso us my favourite ,when I want holiday in Albufeira .

Situated between the new town and old town whuch were approx 1km away. Facilities onsite were excellent.

Property could be a more updated Very clean
