Je recommande vivement cette auberge de jeunesse. Au top

Comme nous étions très peu nombreux, le personnel était présent seulement le matin. Ce qu',il manque est une petite cour extérieure aménagé et un petit frigo dans la cuisinette.

Paulo, es un gran anfitrión, agradezco mucho sus atenciones y apoyo para mi hija.

Keep in mind there is no washing machine as was advertised. Also, the thermal baths in the photos are a 40 mins drive away. The 3 stars are because of this misrepresentation.

Great place to stay

c’è vicino il parcheggio gratuito Santa Ana (rua Santa Ana) Meglio questo ostello che tanti alberghi 3 stelle: io sono sempre stata schizzinosa e diffidente, di ogni struttura. qui, tutto top! Ogni letto ha la tendina per privacy e scuro, camere climatizzate, strutture nuove e pulite, ognuno ha una tessera magnetica per camera e armadietto in camera. i servizi per le donne sono provvisti di 3 docce separate (con sapone, finestrella, soffione grande e uno piccolo), porta, tenda scura, ganci… i ex sono pure 3, separati, con poi 3 lavandini. ho trovato dei phon ma non so se fossero della struttura, magari avrei potuto usarli. Non berrei l’acqua del rubinetto in bagno (ma forse a me ha fatto male qualcos’altro). Letti puliti e in ordine. In camera ci sono ganci x appendere un paio di cose, con delle grucce diventa top, ma li vicino c’è una lavatrice a gettone con asciugatrice, comoda ed economica. Colazione buona e provvista, personale gentilissimo!!! fatevi dare qualche link x il meteo con cam sull’isola e consigli in generale. Straconsigliato, davvero

Great property but failed to inform me of their check in deadline and locked me out at 11pm. Almost had to sleep on the street…

I was so happy to stay at this hostel location. Paulo was absolutely amazing with both his services and wonderful personality. Not many host will go above and beyond as he did. Anita is also so sweet and attentive for any needs. Overall, such a great experience and 100% recommended. Thank you Paulo for making this experience so memorable!

Paulo went above and beyond. He really knows the island and set me up on tours specific to my interests. He is like a personal travel agent. So responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Our accommodation was amazing, very clean and spacious, with a cute balcony off the living room. The owner, Paulo was very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions. He helped book our whale watching trip when the one we had booked weeks ago had canceled only 2 days before the date. Too many positives to tell all..

Great host!

Great hostel, guests were quiet and respectful. Tap cards access the doors and lockers. I would have loved to leave my bag in a locker, but that was not available so I left it under the stairs and came back later for it for an additional 5Euro.

Paolo was extremely helpful in getting us settled and helped us navigate our stay

Very clean and safe. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Recommended.

Nice staff, Paulo gave us a lot of recommendations, breakfast was very limited. Don't forget to bring your towel.. Street is a bit noisy at night.

Paulo goes far and beyond to provide guest with value information about the island. It’s hard to find people who dedicated their live to serve with the only purpose to make others happy and comfortable
