포우사다 빌라 오비두스

개인일정상 늦은 시간에 도착해서 발라 쪽은 인포메이션 창구가 닫혔었는데, 친철히 천천히 안내 해주셔서 본관 쪽으로 가서 무사히 잘 안내 받았습니다. 너무 친절하시고 따뜻하게 맞아 주셔서 감사했습니다.

체크인 장소에 대한 정보가 잘못 나와있는 바람에 캐리어를 끌 수가 없는 오르막 내리막 돌길을 무거운 캐리어를 “들고” 서너번 왔다갔다 했습니다. Vila예약자도 Castelo에서 체크인 하라고 바우처에 나와 있는데 vila예약자는 vila 건물에서 체크인 해야하는 거였고 vila 소속 건물은 두 개예요. 언덕 위에 하나(방만 있는 건물), 언덕 아래에 하나(체크인카운터랑 방 모두 있는 건물). 직원들이 아주 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗한 편이고 위치도 좋은 편이라 지내는 동안은 나름 좋았는데. 체크인이 너무 힘들었어요. 그리고 체크인을 위해 땀뻘뻘 흘리며 여기저기로 방황했지만 castelo에서 vila로 짐 옮기는 건 직원들이 안 도와줘요. ^^ 그리고 방만 있는 건물의 방은 높이 달린 A4용지만한 사이즈의 창문 하나가 다예요. 방 크기도 작습니다. 조금 더 비싸더라도 좋은 방 할 걸 그랬어요~

Habitación amplia, limpia y silenciosa en el magnífico pueblo de Óbidos

Was upgraded to the Castle!

I took a bus from Lisbon to Obidos. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus drop off point. Though it was not an easy walk as the road isn’t flat. Recommend that you avoid bringing big luggage. While the hotel is within walking distant from the shops and restaurants and everything you need to see in Obidos, it is not at the main street from all the restaurants so you don’t hear much noise at night (a bonus for light sleeper). The only suggestion I have would be an upgrade of the bathroom. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Amazing town, especially at the Holidays! Our room was perfect and the staff were all exceptional!

Great staff! The hardest part was figuring out where to check in , since that was not specific in our reservation. Overall I recommend the hotel , great staff , breakfast buffet was excellent as well!

Would not recommend the hotel. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the location was very convenient to the town. On the negative side, there is no parking and I had to figure out that myself. Also, you have to carry your bags up a steep, slippery slope and stairs. The worst part was that the room had a terrible smell of mold and mildew which seems to be prevalent throughout the hotel. You would think they would have figured that out by now. My wife says you get what you pay for but in all of my many years of travel, I have never smelled a room that bad. The least they could have done was provide some air freshener.

I loved the decoration and cleanliness of the room. And didn’t like the lack of staff and service. Also, they told us when we arrived that there was going to be breakfast in the morning and there wasn’t any. Not even coffee. There was only tea and no tables and chairs to sit.

Perfeito a pousada. Localizada dentro da muralha. Aconchegante. Cama perfeita. Quarto arejado. Pedimos um sem carpete. E tem quarto com vista pra a muralha. Cidade pra se perder nas ruas e tirar fotos de tudo.

No coffee making facilities in room. Coffee was available in the former breakfast area the first morning but not the second. Selection of teas and small cake. Well located within city walls.

Amazing location and amazing staffs

It was wonderful to be inside the castle walls.

Walked up from the train station. Beautiful location. Initially confused as to where lobby/ check-in is located because of so many Pousada Vila Obidos signs, but once we located the proper entrance, our experience could not have been better. Pedro is an excellent employee, giving us suggestions, answering questions, seeing us walking along the street and ensuring we were doing well later in the day. Walking along the top of the wall is so fun and you must try a ginja!

El pueblo chiquito y precioso y la habitación acorde con el entorno

It was a charming old place inside the wall. Literally steps to everything. The acient walls and its history, its worth the visit. The hotel is super clean and steps to good restaurants.
