Location was great, town was very walkable with very good restaurants near by. Super easy to get to all areas of the island from this spot.

Unexpected little oasis in the city. Very comfortable suite in a beautiful setting with a pool that is lit at night. Easy to check in and leave. Very close to the centre and the major attractions. Parking was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Nino was a fabulous host and accommodation is first class ... located in centre of town with good parking. Would highly recommend 😊

Sehr schöne Anlage mit kleinem Pool. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (bei über 300 Euro/Nacht) leider nicht gut, zu teuer für die Grösse und Qualität. Schimmel unter der Spüle, ansonsten aber sehr sauber.

We had a beautiful 5-night stay in the end unit of this 3-unit property. The entire property was immaculate and peaceful. Perfect location in the center of town so we could walk to everything, and there are private parking spots for your rental car. Being centrally located, we could drive anywhere on the island in less than an hour. Nuno the host left a very nice welcome basket with local cheese, milk, crackers and cookies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every day. We would definitely stay here again, and although we had a number to reach Nuno if needed, we would have loved to have had a more personal interaction with him, as we enjoy meeting our hosts (note- this did not take anything away from our stay, it’s just our preference!). We truly loved our time here, thank-you Nuno for providing such a wonderful stay!

Great apartment! I appreciated the great communication from my host, Nuno - he provided all the necessary instructions prior to my visit & also made sure I was comfortable when I arrived. They used self - check in & check out with all instructions clearly explained - all went fine !! The apartment was perfect for a short or long stay - great amenities- all kitchen utensils/appliances & full size propane bbq. The weather was cool so I was not able to use the outdoor pool but in the summer months this would be perfect on a hot day!! I highly recommend & would would stay again !! Great complex with 3 units & close to the old town with restaurants & local people.

Nous y avons passé une semaine en juillet. Cet établissement a tout le confort nécessaire, nous y étions comme chez nous. Aucun problème de parking et super bien situé pour visiter toute l’île. Beaucoup plus tranquille qu’à la capitale. Nous avons adoré et nous vous le recommandons sans hésiter!

This place was great for our family of 5. It was a perfect base to see the island from and to relax at the end of the day. The pool was great and it within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was spotlessly clean, a very well thought out space to spend time. The garden is beautifully maintained and we were very comfortable here.

We stayed in 2019 and this year with travel getting back to normal we had to come and stay again. It is an incredible property with wonderful host and family. Almost at the town square and within walking distance to most restaurants. Truly a hidden gem in Ribeira Grande.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation right in the middle of town. Brand new and very clean. The host Nuno was very kind and generous. Will recommend anyone going to the Azores to stay there. You can drive anywhere easily.

A wonderful small property with 3 villas with a nice pool that is constantly maintained. Nuno with show you the latest test numbers. There is a remote operated security gate 4 parking spots 2 on property behind gate 2 reserved spots on the street. A lot of thought went into layout and equipping the units. We were supplied local info upon arrival and also breakfast supplies. This is the only property that we have stayed in that had a manual for every appliance in the unit in a binder with local info. Almost forgot we were supplied with a phone for local calls Our stay was PERFECT!
