We spent five wonderful days at the Sensi Hotel and absolutely loved it. The views are amazing, the rooms cozy, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and an excellent spa treatment. Both breakfast and dinners at Mômô were delicious. But above everything else, it’s really the team who made our stay so special. Nowhere else have we encountered such genuine warmth, friendliness, and good vibes as from the entire Sensi team. It’s a great hotel, but the staff are what truly set it apart. We’d return anytime. Thank you!

We have stayed in three different hotels in Sao Miguel and Sensi definitely surpassed the other two. From the quality of service to the relaxing secluded premises, not forgetting the top quality of the cocktails and the restaurant (best one on the island from far): you cannot go wrong by going to Sensi. The team was also super helpful in helping us organising our activities (very last minute) and made it work with our existing plans. 100% recommend!

We cannot recommend Sensi enough! What an amazing experience. Everything: the room, the spa facilities, the setting, the cocktails, the food, all wonderful. But the absolute best thing at Sensi is the people. We travel a lot (like 40 countries a lot) and the staff at Sensi are by far the nicest, friendliest staff we have ever encountered. So lovely and genuine. We even got to chat with the owner who was equally lovely. You just get a sense that everyone is happy to be there and that comes through is the service and how they treat their guests. They will help make your experience unforgettable! We will for sure be back one day!!

Un petit coin de paradis avec un personnel absolument charmant ! Un coup de cœur pour la personne qui parle français qui est aussi d’une gentillesse incroyable. Exceptional in every way! Rooms, amenities, details, location, food, but most impressively was the service. From the moment we walked in early we felt as if we were home. Every single person we met that worked at Sensi were warm, patient, accommodating, fun, happy, and the employees made our trip what it was. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone that stays on Sao Miguel! Thank you so much for having us! Btw we even left another hotel and took a financial loss to return to this hotel after leaving for one day!

My wife and I stayed here recently with our baby on his first trip and we were so happy that we did! The view is amazing and the staff was so helpful and patient with us. They really made our trip so much more enjoyable given the challenges traveling with a baby can bring to newer parents. Having an indoor pool and access to the spa just a short walk from our room was perfect and the food was great! Will definitely try to return as soon as we are able!
