Great place, friendly staff

We had a few nights in the attic apartment, up a lot of stairs but very private with a big balcony. The air-conditioning was useful as we found having the window open at night let a few mosquitoes in. 15 minutes walk to the city centre and the 2 main stations. Mariana was great with communication, and has good English. She was there as promised for our late check-in (€20 extra after 8pm)

飛行機が遅れてチェックインが遅くなってしまったのですが、快く対応していただけました。荷物も預かっていただいて、とても助かりました。 部屋はとても広くて快適で、時間がなくて寝るだけなのが本当にもったいなかったです。キッチン用品も充実していたので次回は数日滞在して料理も楽しみたいです。

Pluspunkte: Wunderschönes Altbau-Apartment mit hohen Räumen und Stuckverzierungen. Möblierung komfortabel und Geschmack voll. Nähe zum Zentrum ideal. Mariana vom Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte: Apartment an vielbefahrener, sehr lärmiger Strasse. Dies ist sehr problematisch weil die Fenster nur einfach verglast und fugenlos in die Fensternischen plaziert sind. Schlafen war nur mit Oropax möglich. Bettgrösse ist Queensize (160) und nicht wie angegeben Kingsize. Baderaum im Glaskubus eher eng.

We loved the unique interior design, a remarkable blend of classical and modern, like you are in an art installation (in a good way😊) The apartment has a spacious and comfortable living room & bed room and an elegant small bathroom. The neighborhood is a lovely tree-lined section of an avenue into central Porto with many restaurants nearby. The location is a perfect base for exploring Porto on foot or by public transit, and there is a parking garage nearby. Communication with the property manager was excellent…very smooth arrival and check in. Altogether, this is a wonderful accommodation that we would highly recommend!

The property is in a great location. The building is beautiful with historical features but the unit is very modern and bright. The only downside there is no elevator if you are unable to use the stairs.

El piso esta en perfectas condiciones, bonito, amplio con mucha luz. Sobre todo nos encanto la atención de Mariana, un 10.

tout était parfait: accès, accueil, chambre, propreté, balcon, bien situé, etc. Très bel appartement !

Estancia perfecta

Loved the spacious and well designed studio apartment. Stayed for a week and it's a very comfortable, quiet and relaxed space and the balcony was a sun trap. Small kitchen was very useful to have and the aircon was a blessing. The area is perfect with a number of great cafes and bars on the doorstep and is an easy 10/15 mins walk into central Porto. There are stairs and no lift as it's an old building so you will have to carry your luggage up and down! Communication was great and Alano was very helpful in checking all was well and in recommending things to do. Would love to stay again if I revisit Porto .

Very nice located close the city center. We had one of the two upper floor (level 3) studios with a great terrace for breakfast (caution: facility doesn't have elevator). Kitchen has all to cook yourself.

The accomindations were wonderful, quiet and clean. The building is beautiful and the apartments were unique and comfortable. Sarah was extremely kind and helpful. A short walk to many sites in Porto and great food options very near by.

Amazing modern apartment in a great location. Great communication with the hostess (sara) who was kind and helpful throughout the trip. the apartment was great, and had a nice terrace. Will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to porto

We stayed here for 8 nights very recently, in the Oporto Attic apartment. The apartment was fairly small but very well presented, and the balcony was great with plenty of space to sit or sunbathe outside (the balcony is south facing so we had the best of the sunshine for the whole day!). The apartment was very clean, the only point worth noting is that it is on the top floor of the building, over 60 steps to get there with no lift; this was not a problem to us but something worth noting if you have any sort of mobility difficulty! The host, Sara, was in contact a couple of days prior to arrival to check our arrival time, and was most helpful throughout our stay, even helping with booking us a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay! The location of the apartment was ideal for us within the city, everything was walking distance and there is a metro station roughly 5 minutes away. There is a small supermarket across the road which was handy for gaining supplies (the kitchen within the apartment had a small fridge, and a hob and microwave). All in all we would highly recommend this little gem of a place! Thanks again to Sara for being a great host.

Absolutely gorgeous architecture inside, very tall ceilings, very well renovated and maintained, very clean, and well thought out. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Grrat price too! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
