Excellent 4 day stay during height of summer at Salty Lodge. Literally steps from the busy Old town, but area is very safe and somewhat quieter. The rooms are pretty spacious for our family of four, with a veranda that looks out/down to the street activity, stores and restaurants. Shower has pretty good water pressure, no shortage of hot water and rooms have comfy beds. We enjoyed the 5th floor rooftop, oh the views! Make sure to it out at sunrise. The everyday cleaning and turn down service is a big plus. The hotel has everything you need for a beach day, towels, blankets, umbrella and some beach toys and bikes as well. There’s even a filtered water refiling station. Joanna at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful during our entire stay. So glad we chose Salty Lodge!

Lägenheten ligger väldigt centralt. Rent, fräscht, trevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Trevlig takterass.

This place is amazing. Unit was very well equiped, complete kitchen, microwave, fridge, oven, all the pots and pans, dishwasher, etc... (even a juice maker, the oranges here are exceptional, be sure to try it out). Modern bathroom, nice large dining table with 4 chairs, living room with couch and armchair. Really enjoyed our east facing little balcony c/w with 2 chairs and table. To top it all off, open your favorite bottle of wine and climb the stairs (it's only 4 storeys) to the rooftop terrace, you wont regret it!! a special oasis with very comfy furniture, little nooks for private relaxing and enjoying the city views, also a bathroom is provided. Staff was super nice, and helpfull with recommendations for activities and places to eat. Stayed for 5 nights, everything was perfect, (even the weather!!!) so very happy we chose this place. I highly recommend The Salty Lodge for anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

GREAT location, and despite being such a busy area, had no issues with noise. I was a little irritated with one thing, but that's probably a me issue. When I told them the night before I'd check out at 11, I got a knock on my door at 10:59. I was on my way out but honestly, that made me a little hesitant to return. Sometimes things happen on international trips, and if a place is that particular about the exact minute of check out, I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be flexiblity elsewhere.

Avoid this hotel if possible, unprofessional business practices. Unfortunately we never got to stay at the hotel. Our flights were cancelled due to the country wide power outage in Spain and Portugal so we had no way of getting there. Even with this was clearly beyond our control, the hotel refused to refund our payment and kept the entire 4 nights cost. I would be very careful dealing with these people. We will go to the Algarve in the future, but obviously will not use this property. I’ve traveled extensively for many years and never had a hotel have so little concern for the customer. We would have gladly accepted a stay at a later date, but that was not an option either. So disappointing.

Such a great location, easy access to shopping, bars, local museums, churches, walking distance to beach, nice apartment with daily house keeping! Very easy to speak w front desk via whats app, they even help find local sitter and got us a discount on a boat tour! Will definitely stay again!! LOVED IT!!

Beautiful accommodations and look forward to returning! 2 Bedroom apartment Included private balconies, fully equipped kitchen, full living room and spacious bedrooms. Location in the heart of old town, shopping, great restaurants and water views! Fell in love with the town!

Staff were great, super accommodating with supplying bikes and towels and helpful in coordinating transport and recommendations. Tv didn’t work, a bit loud on the street but that’s the price of comfort in the middle of tourist shenanigans

Le personnel est accueillant. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Nombreux restaurants et services accessibles à pied. Propreté impeccable. La terrasse sur le toit avec sa vue est un plus pour se détendre et prendre l'apéro.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and inviting Very comfortable bed and nice linens. The top floor lounge was an added bonus and an opportunity to meet fellow travelers from all over the globe. Great location in the heart of Lagos. Hope to return.

Convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants!

The receptionists both named Joana went above and beyond to make our stay in Lagos very special . We got fresh oranges every day , expresso pods, they advised us where to park for free, they made us dinner reservations. They were kind , polite , informative a pleasure to be in contact with ! The propriety has a perfect location right in the old center by souvenir shops, board walk, bars and restaurants !

Perfect location in the best part of the old town. The rooms were clean and very well appointed!
