Beautiful spot in the heart of Fox by the ocean. If I have to describe this state with one word, that would be “EXQUISITE “ Thank you

My second time staying at this wonderful venue. Absolute luxury. Valet service, sea-facing views, access to Spa Facilities, a 1 minute walk to the ocean and many dining spots. I will absolutely choose this spot any time i travel to Porto or surrounds.

We had a wonderful stay Staff very helpful, location good next to the sea and easy to get into the city . Good modern facilities Superb breakfast Needs more sun umbrellas around the garden and on some balconies

We had a wonderful stay here as two couples. We used it as our base whilst exploring Porto & The Douro river.

Beautiful building, lovely staff but we had lots of problems from day one. Unfortunately, it was not the smooth experience I would have expected in this category and did impact our stay.

The grounds, room, the bar and the spa were all top notch. Service in the restaurant and bar was very good and still friendly. Breakfast was a great spread every morning. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and the city. We will absolutely be back!

An amazing property with terrific staff that seemed to really care and responded to any need immediately. Beautiful room and main hotel with an incredible view of the Atlantic. Breakfast was terrific and included cook to order. Just outstanding.

as instalações do hotel de fato são ótimas, o quarto é impecável, a limpeza também, funcionários educados. O que foi REALMENTE frustrante foi a comida do hotel. O pequeno almoço me chocou. Nunca fui num hotel 5 estrelas CARO como esse pra comer tão mal. A comida que foi pedida no quarto no jantar também não estava no nível do valor que pagamos. Já fui em hotéis 4-3 estrelas que tinha um pequeno almoço MUITO melhor, muito mais bem servido e caprichado. O pequeno almoço é realmente frustrante só tendo poucas opções de coisas, tudo disposto na mesa de qualquer jeito. Pedimos o pequeno almoço no quarto e não levaram nada do que foi pedido, descemos e quando nos deparamos com as mesas e as opções ficamos impressionados como um hotel tão caro oferece um serviço tão ruim de comida sendo o pequeno almoço geralmente o carro chefe dos hotéis 5 estrelas. Perdeu muitos pontos já que fomos apenas passar uma noite para iniciar nossa lua de mel, esperávamos mais. fora isso, todo o resto é lindo

Excellent service, food and location. The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel. The hotel was very stylish and looked well maintained. The beach is just across the road from the property and there are lots of small bars and restaurants along the sea front. Perfect winter stay as there are few people around but everything is open.

Not a 5 star hotel!!! Spa area is in basement and very cramped. Pool area and bedroom/bathrooms that have all marble floors are a big danger, you need to constantly be careful not to slip . Patrons were permitted to use phones in dining room which made it unpleasant. Location across from the ocean is beautiful for walks but quite far from city. On a positive note the food at Fleur de Lis is terrific.

Michelin One star was horrible. Chef tried too hard with bad ingredients. Took 25 minutes to get a cocktail and 3.5 Hours for a poor dinner. Hotel misrepresents its self on the website as staying in an old mansion when the rooms are actually in an ugly concrete structure beside it.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal das auch sehr kompetent ist. Frühstücksbuffet mit Moet Chandon Champagner und frischen Austern. Exklusiver geht's fast nicht mehr. Ich habe schon wieder gebucht.

Giovanni in particular was amazing making many restaurant and excursion recommendations that we loved. Hotel was clean and overall excellent. The one downside was in the pool area. Indoor pool with very limited sun loungers. Food at the main restaurant was excellent.

Simply outstanding in every way…worth treating ourselves… I booked as a surprise for my wife’s 50th birthday and we were not disappointed.. fabulous

Really lovely property across from the ocean in a great area of town. Food, staff and property were wonderful.

Was not able to use spa message since fully booked up for next few days. Also was not able to use swimming pool and steam room this morning since not opened until 9AM.

The location is near the ocean which is really nice. Although the hotel was beautiful, the property is a little outdated and service was just OK.

Excellent
