위치가 시내 중심에 있어 좋으며, 깨끗한 신관에 배정받았는데 시내안인데도 넓은 주차장이 호텔내에 있어 참 좋았읍니다.직원들이 정말 상냥하고 친절해서 편안했으며,세탁서비스등 좋은 서비스른 받았어요.진심으로 감사합니다.

Staff was great particularly Mariana and Filipa who both attended to us in the bar and restaurant.

The Hotel has a very good location. Our room had no door into the bathroom area. The door into the toilet didn't close well so there was no privacy in the bathroom at all. We talked to the maintance person who was working at the hotel but he didn't do anything to improve our situation. Our room looked very used and shabby. A housekeeper took a used washcloth but didn't bring a fresh one back. Lights in the room and the bathroom were not working well. Breakfast was very average and the lack of good fresh fruits was disapointing. Unfortunately all great review that I have read about the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

The property is an old heritage building with amazing architecture which has been recently fully renovated. All the premises are almost brand new, and tastefully furnished. It has two great swimming pools where you can relax and a gym. The city rains a lot so one of the pools is indoor but we didn't need to use it. The restaurant offers a great variety of breakfast including local Portuguese food and international items. We were fortunate to book a half board option and we so much enjoyed the open buffet for dinner. The staff were very so amazing, friendly and welcoming. They tried their best to help us and also speak good English. Overall the two of us had enjoyed one of the best holidays over five days fir the first time in Baga. We shall definitely come back to Vila Galé.

Hotel lindo, muito bem localizado!! Café da manhã super gostoso!! Poucas vagas de estacionamento disponível, tivemos que colocar nosso carro em um estacionamento público que ficava próximo ao hotel

Wow, nous avions choisi ce logement pour être à braga, un peu central de par ce que l’on pouvait voir sans connaître le quartier et pour sa piscine. à notre arriver quel surprise de voir la qualité des installations, l’histoire derrière cet batisse, les commodités sur place ainsi que la possibilité de prendre un spa/ massage sur réservations. nous avons pu réserver un massage de couple c’était superbe. personnel super attentionné et aidant, prenant même le temps de nous raconter un peu l’histoire de cet ancien hôpital.

Un hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé.

Foi muito boa. Braga é uma bela cidade e o Hotel muito bem localizado. O quarto , além de móveis escuros e pouca luz ( amarela) tem carpete marrom. É necessário usar lanterna para verificar os armários…

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony. No furniture on the balcony and some balcony chairs would have been nice to sit outside. Tea and coffee facilities are available but note you need to ask receptionist to provide these to your room and you pay for coffee pods separately. Breakfast and dining was excellent and bar drinks in the internal courtyard also made a nice setting to relax in. Didn’t use the swimming pools but they looked good and were well used by other guests. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Beautiful property with very spacious & clean rooms, the only downside to the room was a lack of drawers/storage space for the 4 of us. The breakfast was great with a good selection & good fresh food. The swimming pool was nice but quite cold. All staff were very helpful & friendly.

Loved staying in this historic hotel. Our room was great and breakfast was amazing! Great location to drive to the national park and do some outdoor exploring, too! Highly recommend.

El trato del equipo en todo momento ha sido increíble. Las instalaciones y el hotel en general es precioso, lo recomiendo porque tiene un encanto especial y único. Es verdad que a nosotros nos tocó una cama algo vieja, pero aún así, el sitio era tan bonito que te olvidabas. Repetiremos seguro

Vila Gale is the best hotel! I stayed there for three weeks with my two young children and my husband. The staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home. I will be back often. I highly recommend.

Nous deconseillons cet hôtel, car le rapport qualité / prix n'y est pas. Oui le lieu (la partie ancienne) est beau et il est bien placé. On ajoutera le bon petit dejeuner. C'est tout. Vous arrivez a la réception on vous dit que c'est strictement interdit de rester là, donc allons au parking, oui mais il y a des travaux donc il faut refaire un tour de 10 minutes dans la ville pr trouver l'entrée du parking (super apres 3h de route) et on vous dit "attention il y a peu de places de disponibles donc si pas de place...bah pas de places pr vous". Super quand c'est l'argument principal qui vous a fait choisir cet hôtel. Et quand vous osez leur dire que vous auriez aimé être prévenu en amont de ce problème, on vous répond "mais c'est de votre faute, vous avez réservé par expedia donc on n'a pas pu vous prevenir". Ils ont surtout eu la peur de perdre des clients car les hôtels des autres chaînes y arrivent... Bref, vous arrivez sur le parking, à 15h30 alors que le début du check in est a 15h et il ne reste que 2 places sur le parking...et ce n'est pas fini, vs devez vous remonter deux pentes avec vos bagages (par 35 degrés) et faire 3 couloirs pour arriver a votre chambre...super utile quand vs avez choisis un parking car un membre de votre famille a des difficultés à se mouvoir...bien évidemment aucune proposition pour nous aider, de proposer un chariot...tout ça pour arriver dans une chambre aux fenetres non nettoyées depuis un moment ! Vs me direz ça cache la vue sur le parking.

Un hotel magnífico, con excelente ubicación y mucha calidad de sus servicios. Es importante preguntar y aclarar sobre los detalles que no se incluyen en la reservación, porque tienen costos extras y fueron altos.

Vi fik det dårligste værelse tildel på trods af, at vi havde betalt mere for værelse med balkon. Det fik vi efter noget diskussion med receptionen. Værelset var meget lydt, så vi kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på værelserne ved siden af. Rengøring var sjusket og meget sent på eftermiddagen. Vi fik at vide i receptionen, at de havde til kl 17.30 til at ordne værelset. Det klagede vi over og fik det ændret til kl 14.00. Vi spørger bare os selv, om det virkeligt er nødvendigt selv at skulle bede om tingene, som ellers plejer at være en selvfølge på andre hoteller???

Wonderful hotel! Very family friendly with a great pool and play area for families with kids. The breakfast buffet is lovely with lots of delicious options. The staff is outstanding. Very helpful and kind. Beautiful old building with lots of charm and history. I highly recommend.
