This house has a really fantastic view. The location is also great. The inside of the house has been completely remodeled, so it is very clean and well-maintained. There was absolutely no lack of space for a family of four to stay, and we had a comfortable stay. I was able to communicate quickly with the host, and I trusted the attitude of quickly responding and solving problems when they arose. This is a place I want to stay again!!

The best place to stay in Lisbon. Every spot of sightseeing is very close to hotel and every steps are warm and kind.

한국인 후기 없어서 엄청 고민했는데 여기 무조건 가주세요ㅠㅠㅠ 진짜 위치 최고, 청결도 완전 최고, 스텝분들 친절도도 최상이에요. 그어떤 면에서도 불편한 점을 못찾았습니다. 뜨거운 물 너무 잘나와요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 슬리퍼 챙기시면 좋구여! 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 가능합니다! 들어서자마자 향이 되게 좋아요. 엘레베이터 있어서 짐 갖고 편히 이동 할 수 있구요. 전체적인 분위기가 되게 깔끔해요. 음식 해먹기도 최고구여.... 여기는 무조건 추천합니다 가성비 최상 최상 최상

While the facilities and location were great, we had an unfortunate incident of 200 euros cash missing from our room. Although we're not in a position to present sufficient evidence as there's no CCTVs inside the room, we went through it many times with our and the wallet's trajectories, since we saw the cash inside the wallet in the morning and it never left the room on the day of incident, we could not think of other possibilities. For cash does not leave a signature behind, it is a bad luck but we were rather disappointed by the biased responses from the receptionist and the manager. We understand that they want to trust those who work for the apartments but perhaps more professional assistance in a neutral position would have been more appreciated rather than simply saying that there was nothing they could do as they were not sure if the money was really there - which made us feel as if we were making a false claim - and refusing to cooperate to add the information for those who went to our room on the day to the police report. In the end, we went to the police station and completed the report with the information we had and we hope that some investigation takes place so that it does not happen again in the future. As mentioned earlier, the facilities and other services were great and, if we had to go there again, we'd definitely use the safe outside of which if anything missing, the hotel is not responsible - which we only wish we'd been informed prior to the incident.

깔끔한거, 조용한거 원하시는 분들은 가지마세요. 느낀점들을 나열하면 장점) 처음 숙소에 들어왔을때 괜찮은 느낌이었습니다. 식기도 있어서 라면끓여먹거나 하는건 좋아요. 콜택시처럼 숙박 차를 이용할수있어서 비행기 연착으로 새벽에 도착했을때 데리러 와주셔서 숙소까지 무사히 도착했습니다. 단점) 하지만 우선 숙박 차가 공항에서부터 30유로였고, 거기다 세금까지ㅋ 4유로해서 34유로받네요. 세금은 말이없다가 그냥 추가로 더받습니다. 그리고 숙소 정말 방음이 안되서 옆집 소리나 바깥소리 다들립니다. 비행기에서 썻던 귀마개 끼고잤습니다. 그리고 대박이었던건. 이틀을 묵었는데, 아침에 놀러가서 밤에 돌아왔을때. 수건에 머리카락이 붙어있더군요? 그래서 설마했는데ㅋ 어제쓴 수건 그냥 다시 걸어만 두셨더라구요. 심지어 하나는 세면대 밑에 구석에 감추어뒀고... 팁안드려서 그런가?ㅋㅋ 저흰 처음에 숙소 돌아왔을때 깔끔히 정리되어있어서 내일 리스본 떠날때는 팁을 올려두고 가자~! 라고 말도했는데..ㅋ 기본이 안된곳인줄은 몰랐네요. 나라마다 숙소 등급 기준이 다르지만 포르투갈의 별 4개는 매우 낮은가봅니다. 그냥 호스텔정도라고 생각하심될듯요. 그리구 이건 숙소의 문제가 아니지만 암튼 생수는 없으니 꼭 사서 숙소 들어가세요~ 주변 호시우광장이나 엘베 가까운거 빼면 숙소자체로는 비추입니다.

리셉션 직원들이 정말 친절하고 안내도 잘해줍니다. 숙소위치는 도심내에 있어 구경다니기 편리했구요. 숙소도 깔끔하고 넓어서 성인가족4명이 지내기에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만, 방음이 조금 안되는게 아쉬웠는데, 가성비를 생각하면 충분히 지내시기에 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 다시 리스본은 방문하면 이 숙소에서 머물 생각입니다.

The property was clean and centrally located. We arrived just as the blackout began. Luckily our driver, Paolo was there to pick us up. When we arrived, the elevators were not working because of the blackout. That did not matter because their team, including Ameen & Katia. They helped to take our luggage upstairs. Three flights!! The front desk team including Bruna and Andrea were super accommodating and even booked our private tours. We were a party of three and it was quite comfortable. Would def recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable apartment. Can’t say enough about the staff at the hotel. Would stay again if we return!

Ótima localização, quarto confortável, cozinha com utensílios suficientes, próximo ao metro rossio e aos pontos principais de Lisboa. Recomendo :)

Could not get more central to Lisbon. Easily access everything in the central districts and a short walk to the train station. Less than an hour for to door from Sintra. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay next time in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Baixa. It was a perfect location to explore the local historic sites and there is so many great restaurants in the surrounding streets. It is very easy to access the metro from the apartments. The staff were very friendly and were always around if we needed anything.

From the second we booked we were thoroughly impressed with Villa Baixa. They went out of their way to help us get situated and assisted with helping us find parking. The apartment was super clean, bright and comfortable + in a great location within walking distance to so many sites, shops and restaurants. But the staff were the true gem. They were so nice and very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! Would definitely book here again next time in Lisbon.
