But the last time, I got suffered no coffee pot, no free water & hospitality.

The hotel was clean and the view was lovely, but it was nothing like the other nice, hospitable hotels I stayed in in Portugal. Check in took a strangely long time, and no one seemed all that happy to help. The sink was clogged in the room (1016), and when I called down for a kettle (a sign in the room said we had to call for a kettle?), the front desk brusquely told me that I would have had to make a reservation for a kettle? It was weird.

Excellent hotel. I regret I spent only one night in it. It is modern but not minimalistic, clean, and has nice and supportive staff. My flight was delayed, and they allowed me to stay past check-out time. Aria is very interesting, with lots of restaurants and a shopping mall. Very affordable price.

The property is showing its age a bit. This was our third or 4th stay and this one was not the best. The room needs some attention, especially the old beat up mattress.
A coffee maker in the room would be great as well!
The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Good service and good food.

Asked for early check in the response was you want a private car waiting for you at the airport.
