I have been using this hotel several times. In previous...it was good enough. But the last time, I got suffered no coffee pot, no free water & hospitality. Thanks to let me know there is other option in Lisboa...

Hotel é antigo. Mas bem conservado. O café da manhã é muito bom. Mas precisa de reforma nos banheiros, molha tudo no banho.

Localização muito conveniente, muito limpo, ótimo atendimento.

Poor customer service

The place is handy but the young reception staff (white female Portuguese) working around 14:15 (8th September) was very unfriendly and has no sense of customer service. I have lived in this hotel for three days with three seperate booking. I requested for the complimentary glass bottle of water that they provide to the room. However, she refused to provide water with the argument that it is provided only on the first day of stay. This is perhaps untrue as it was also provided on my second day of stay. I don’t understand if this is called customer service!! If I can pay around 140 euro for one night, would I not be able to buy few bottles of water from the shop? Was it that difficult to provide a bottle of water, and that too a bottle of tap water?? I wanted to extend my stay for the next three days but I am never going to do that, and I won’t recommend any one this hotel where the customer service and relationship have no consideration.

Very nice place to stay. Close to airport and major train station

Reception staff rude. First promised check-in at 11:00 to my sister who arrived earlier than me. Then when it came to 11:00 I went to do the check-in and all of sudden it was only at 12:00. Room 903 smelt bad because of the drains in the bathroom

Clean and neat. Nice art. Convenient location affordable. ( but there was no free water bottle which was promised by the front desk person).

I stayed before in this hotel and I really liked it compared to now. The room they provided to me on the 6th floor was not the best one but I was so tired after a long trip and I didn’t request another room. One section of the breakfast room was dark.

I booked a double bed and noted I would be checking in late in the day. Not once did they inform me that they wouldn’t have a double bed but only a room with two twins. Not even at check-in. The room’s A/C didn’t work and the bathroom’s shower leaked because of the broken door. Not ideal.

Hotel bem localizado, no Parque das Nações e próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto silencioso, amplo, bem decorado, cama confortável. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos.

Excelente hotel en la zona de plaza oriente. El metro está muy cerca para ir al centro

When I need go to Lisbon always go there

Pouca empatia e profissionalismo dos recepcionistas. No checkin o recepcionista de uma forma pouco elegante atirou os Cartões do cidadão para cima do balcão

this time they gave me a nice room instead of the wheelchair room. complementary water bottle. nice firm bed.

Very convenient location with access to everything that Lisbon has to offer.

Me hospedei por uma noite e precisava ficar próximo ao aeroporto pois estava fazendo stop over e gostei muito pela localização e qualidade das instalações e do serviço oferecido pelo hotel

Nice looking hotel but they gave me a room with bathroom for handicapped people? Hand rails rusted.
