Very good service

Staff was very friendly and professional. The pool was nice. Need a little bit of maintenance (for the building). I know the hotel been there for years. I from Rincón, I was visiting my family most of the day. Check in process & instructions were easy to follow.

Al parecer no limpiaron bien había unos pantys que no era ni de mi hija ni mío. No había muebles, ni mesa de comer, ni internet, ni microondas tan siquiera. Fue un robo de dinero.

Todo bien un poco mas de cariño a la fschada pero general todo super

Recomiendo fumigar de lo demás estaba bastante bien.

No tienen generador de electricidad, y deberían de arreglar los alrededores

Unfortunately the instructions was not clear. I never met the check in. Terrible !

You get what you pay for. The inn is a nice place, nothing more nothing less. Great location. Could use some more amenities in room.

My husband and i arrived at the West Coast Inns address and looked around for the hotel. There was a small street cafe at the address, so we went in to inquire. Two men who were there-- but only loosely connected to the hotel-- told us that the shabby building surrounding the cafe was the hotel. Broken down railings, peeling paint, cracked sidewalks to the back where the cleaning lady's son led us to show the room. It had no windows, wood peeling off bathroom door and other veneer furniture, general disrepairs. Cleaning lady had made the bed and bathroom clean, but smudges on the wall, grime on the fan/ac unit, and the untended aging of the unit made it totally inhospitable. The only contact with the host was a letter in Spanish which we partially understood, but it said all contact would be remote. We left and found another plave to stay. Our trust in your services, Hotels.com,o is gone.

Bed and room were clean bathroom was getti half the outlets did not work tv unusable ac worked excellent mini fridge a plus nice oarking area and pool was nice and clean no pool towels, the staff is remote and had issues with payment which had been solved if checking in with a person, staff decided to harrass during whole stay. Will not repeat personally

This property is too run down to be featured on Expedia. The floor was filthy. It had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bare feet had a dark layer of dirt after walking around for an hour inside. We don't wear shoes indoors. The whole place has severe water damage after H. Maria; Warped bathroom doors, split night table leg, missing window boarded up. Left early and are looking for a refund.

Puede estar mucho mejor. El baño pobre. Mucho ruido.

Only one electrical outlet on the room, with an extension cord. Tiny bathroom. The building is beside the road, so you will hear all the noise, from the cars and the bar.

Tienen que hacerle mejoras a los cuartos por ejemplo el cuarto #3 no tenía electricidad en los receptaculos

Horrible, alrededores sucios con el pasto a cuatro pies de altura, las puertas rotas otra neverita con corrosión, ni un vaso para agua, paredes sucias y en mal estado. Tuve que esperar alrededor de 20 minutos para q me enviaran las instrucciones una vez pedí q me cambiaran de cuarto que en fin me di cuenta q aparentemente todos están iguales. Excelente para una noche de terror, y es lamentable porque según busque información en sus tiempos fue un excelente y la ubicación es céntrica

Clean and quiet. Refrigerator in room with microwave. Plenty of parking. Great area for beaches

Falta de limpieza en la habitación, cortinas, ventanas sucias, el aire necesita limpieza, piscina sucia por dentro tiene limo en las esquinas, las instalaciones necesitan limpieza full y profundas

Problems with electricity. We had power failure 2 times, no power plant. Electric outlets in the room out of service.

Didn’t like that the ceiling was leaking Didn’t like that online it shows the hotel name yet Rincon Inn name is Nowhere to be found
