Had two many stairs orher then that it was excellent.

I was perfect clean room all amenities off a apartment close to the beach nice restaurant 5 minutes to casino

Close to everything. Property needed updating as appeared old. Furnishings old. Due to humidity inside apartment moldy and peely walls and ceiling especially in bathrooms. Leaky ceiling. Poor water pressure especially in bathroom sinks and shower. Toilet backs up. Staff friendly and accomodating. Apartment had coffee pot, toaster, flatware, pots and pans. Patio nice.

The size and decor was great, we had very poor water pressure and very little warm water for showers.

Place is nice and roomy. It has an awesome courtyard with a beautiful sky view. The place is near the airport and the ruins of Aguadilla.. I loved it!

My stay at the Wilderness Ramey Apartment was great. The moment my family and I arrived at the place we were treated with respect. Heriberto And his family were also very nice. I wouldn’t mind staying at the place again. I fell in love with the place.

Was moved to other hotel by owner he said the apartment was double booked and weekend was not available moved us to a hotel room not apartment with roaches had to throw grocery away also the apartment was not ready on first day had to wait 3 hours for it to get cleaned from previous guest

Beautiful apartment is big, very clean, the owner is great he makes you feel very comfortable will definitely stay here again .

Place is well located closed to the airport, beach and restaurants which is very convenient. The pressure of water in the shower and sinks was very limited, but the shower was constantly clogging. It may be some of the challenges faced after Hurricane Maria. Mildew was visible in each and every room' ceiling product of humidity, too. Management was very pleasant, easy to reach and communicative.

Over all very good experience with accommodations, location next to airport, and safety. Artistically decorated; love it...

After travelocity was able to confirm our stay after arrival the experience turned for the best experience where we stayed. It was safe clean and we felt like we were residents from the island. Our first four days our poor owner of the property continued to question his payment. Because we books 7 months in advance we felt slightly uncomfortable. We didnt want our experience tarnished especially having spent over 4 hours the night before with Travelocity and not knowing where we were going to stay once we landed. We did hear within 3 hours after arrival that Travelocity found our place. We are grateful of the outcome it was a good place to stay for an island that was recently damaged from a severe hurricane.

The access to the apartment requires a healthy person to climb the stairs. The luggage access to the stairs needs improvement. The bath did not have hot water due to a cable over the shower that was not connected and I had to do it. The toilet was malfunctioning and I had to partially fix it.The resort has a tremendos potential. The location is excellent

Honestly it wasn’t to bad and the owner was very nice. Can see how great it will become and was great during our stay there

I had a brief 2 day stay to do some relief work in the west side of the island, I know the area and the location is ideal. Considering the difficulties all Puerto Ricans are experiencing with lack of power and potable water, the manager and staff kept a generator running and bottle water was made available. The price is very reasonable for the location, literally accross the Aguadilla Airport and next to the golf course, Levain's bakery and coffee shop is less than 2km away.
