Daha önce mail göndermiş olduğum ve 2 çocuk yaşlarını rezervasyon yaparken belirtmiş olduğum halde,odada sadece 2 yetişkin için yatak vardı.Çocuklar için ekstra yatak,yastık,battaniye vs…hiçbir şey yoktu maalesef.Sadece olan şey açılmayan,tek kişiye yetebilecek bir küçük bir koltuk.Uçuşumuz gece olduğu için sabaha karşı vardık ve o saatte bir de bu ekstralar ile uğraşmak zorunda kaldık. 4 kişiye tek banyo havlusu…İstemeyle 1 tane daha.Kahvaltı ve çalışanların ilgisi yeterli. Parasına göre alınan hizmet yetersiz.Eğer 4 kişiyi ağırlayacak kapasite yok ise müsaitlik vermemek gerekir.Doha daki kalan 3 günlük konaklamamı az bir fark ile mükemmel bir otelde yapınca,bu yorumu yapmak zaruret oldu.

The hotel is nice and so are the staff. Everything worked great and you can tell they take care of the hotel and the people. A couple of things that shocked me were the cleanliness of the washroom (when we checked in the toilet was dirty like someone had just used it, and the glasses at the washroom sink we’re supposed to use to gargle looked dirty too). Water pressure in the showers are great! But the shower door leaks onto the washroom floor. Lastly, there was no toilet paper or towels in the 2nd washroom which was odd. Lastly, cleaning staff rinsed dishes that were in the sink with water and put them back with clean dishes. They still had our lipstick marks on them. I thought that was odd. Oh.. and one more thing.. at 11:30pm at night there were kids running around the hotel ringing the room doorbells and running. They woke us up 3 times. When we called reception for help, the guy on the phone asked us if it was OUR kids who were doing that! I mean, why would we call reception for help to tell them our kids were running around the hotel ringing door bells?! I felt like they didn’t take the situation seriously. Otherwise, when we asked staff for anything else they were prompt and helpful. The food from room service was delicious and plentiful. The views from the room were spectacular and we really loved the proximity of this hotel to everything.

Wir sind mit 2 kindern heute am 27.12.2024 eingecheckt. 1. Zimmer ist sehr kalt, nach mehrmaliges beschweren vor ort hat man zu uns gesagt das das Hotel nicht über ein Heizsystem verfügt. Wir frieren hier und schlafen mit jacken und das interessiert niemand hier. Es wurde uns ein Alternativ zimmer angeboten 2 etagen unten was aber die Sache auch nicht besser macht und es hat dort auch noch gestunken. 2. Beim einchecken hat es an Handtüchern gefehlt für die Kinder. 3. Sauberkeit ist ebenso mangelhaft siehe Bilder. Verstehe die guten Bewertungen hier nicht. Habe Halb Pension gebucht was a la card ist und minderwertiges essen ist mit nur vermehrt chicken ist dachte wäre offenes buffet im 5 sterne hotel. Ich bin noch 3 Nächte im Hotel Sie brauchen mir hier nicht zu Antworten mit klassischem Trost Schreiben. Meine Zimmer nr ist 1603. Wenn sie wirklich helfen wollen kontaktieren sie mich hier vor ort. Schade das ich von Qatar dank diesem Hotel ein schlechtes bild machen muss und mein urlaub so negativ begonnen hat. Es wohnen auch normale Familien zur Miete und deren Kinder klopfen auch mal nachts am Tür. Meine Tochter wurde auch krank, wer wird jetzt dafür haften Hotel oder Expedia?

Check in with Arif Who was so nice and accommodating he greeted us for the smile and everything was super smooth. Suite was extremely speciouse for four of us. Specially the living room and the kitchen. maid room was fully equipped The two rooms where species and fully equipped as well unfortunately no bathrobes in the bathrooms. TV channels where with very good variety. AC system was perfect. Beds were comfortable unfortunately there is no verity of pillows. My suggestion is to offer more than one kind of pillows for guests. rooms are soundproof nicely but unfortunately, the dog in the nearby suite was too loud other than that was fine. Location is OK in the middle of the center Housekeeping was doing an extremely great job all over our two nights stay Unfortunately, though the staff in the coffee shop in the ground floor was almost not there, which was a little bit annoying if you need to grab a snack or a coffee. I would definitely return back thank you very much..

Fantastiskt vistelse i detta hotell med underbar läge och oslagbar utsikt mot havet och staden. Vi fick även checka in tidigare 👌

Beautiful location and view . The place is very clean and the room is big. Water view . Highly recommended. The staff are friendly.

Lovely apartments..very clean, great staff. Am already missing them. Simon, john and aimen where so wonderful. I would love to stay here again.my kids and wife loved the pool on the 52nd floor. Keep up the good work guya

We would've liked a higher floor than 6th floor, but really enjoyed overall. Would stay here again

I like the big of room and cleanest all thing is there. I don't like the bathroom shower the water can't draining easily and i was in sky floor the there was a sound from outside decoration

Wir hatten eine zwei Schlafzimmer Suite gebucht. Die Betten waren sehr groß und herrlich bequem. Die Zimmer wirken großzügig. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und zusätzlich gab es eine separate Toilette. Die komplette Suite war sauber. Die Bezeichnung „Suite - 2 Schlafzimmer (sky)“ suggeriert meiner Meinung nach, dass das Zimmer sich in einem der oberen Stockwerke befindet, was nicht der Fall ist. Die 2 Schlafzimmer Suiten befinden sich zwischen Stock 3 und 8. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war es etwas enttäuschend, dass man die typischen Hygieneartikel (Zahnbürste, Kamm, Wattestäbchen etc.) leider vergeblich gesucht hat. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurden uns jedoch prompt die Zahnbürsten gebracht. Schade war auch, dass für uns 5 Personen 1 Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt wurde, auch eine Minibar war leider nicht vorhanden. Als viel reisende Familie kann ich sagen, dass Preis/ Leistung insgesamt nicht passt.

Reception staff was not corporative. They didn’t give us the same room we booked via Expedia. Other staff members were amazing. Room service didn’t prepare the room as you would expect, many items were missing (such as drinking water), one day they didn’t even clean the room until I asked them to, and they filled the missing items when I mentioned it.

It was a really good stay however the room had a smoke smell.
