Hilton Doha

체크인하는데 1시간 넘게 기다려서 오후 3시40분에 룸을 배정 받았고..에어컨도 고장나서 그냥 귀찮아서 참고 머물다갑니다. 이제 이용하지 않을꺼 같네요.

Very nice staff and comfortable room

깨끗하고 직원들의 친절함이 인상 깊었습니다.

옆에 포시즌이 붙어있어서 조금 비교가 되지만 수영장과 바다를 함께 즐길수있어서 좋았고 로비에 스타벅스가있어 언제든 커피를 즐기기 좋았습니다.

Robby space was bright and active. Easy access to use all hotel facilities. Reception and Room service were kind. But Room service was slow at night. The view through window was perfect! I could enjoyed sky and sun all day long. Room and Bathroom were clean. Slipper, Tooth brush and paste were missed.Swimming pool was so crowded, even hotel guest can't use it freely. Nice breakfast buffet with poolside view. Trader Vic's is interesting place to going out.

Best service ever! The level of service was beyond expectation, starting with Jenny at the front desk. They helles me with transport, early breakfast, room upgrade, early check in etc… Big smiles and good vibes!

it has been a great experience staying in Hilton Doha and all the staff was very kind nice and helpful. The food experience, the hotel experience, and the concierge experience all in all 10 out of 10. but the best thing that we experienced was the clean and flawless beach and the crystal clear seawater.

Odotukset eivät ihan täyttyneet vaikka oli Hilton ja 5 tähden hotelli. Huone oli 10 krs ja sinne kuului yökerhon musiikki ja bassojumputus tosi kovaa. Emme saaneet nukuttua, joten vaadimme uuden huoneen keskellä yötä. Saimme käytävän toiselta puolelta huoneen, johon kuului lievästi bassoon ääni, mutta saimme nukuttua. Palvelu oli muutoin ok.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious room. The staff members I encountered during my stay (check in, room service, spa treatment, breakfast) were kind and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and the soft towels were appreciated! Rooms can be a little noisy with slamming doors, but that was the only negative about my stay. Would stay again.

All staff are very friendly and place is very clean. I loved their buffet, private beach, the room and many other things. I saw a beautiful sunrise right from the hotel's private beach. The hotel is amazing. 10 star hotel.

Excellent stay at Hilton Doha Our stay at Hilton Doha was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a prime beachfront location with beautiful views and easy access to West Bay and downtown Doha. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a high standard of maintenance. Breakfast was varied and high quality, and the common areas—especially the pool and private beach—are very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. What truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren über Weihnachten / Silvester hier und natürlich war das Hotel belegt mit Menschen, die die gleiche Idee hatten wie wir. Als wir ankamen, war zwar ein Zimmer für uns reseviert, doch an der Reception fragte man uns, ob wir das Zimmer wechseln wollen. Der Grund war die Musik Lounge / die direkt an das Hotel angegrenzte, die bis über Mitternacht laute Musik laufen liess und das wir dies hörten könnten und es uns schlussendlich zu laut sein würde; wir nahmen das Angebot dankend an. Wir fragten uns jedoch generelle, ob diese Musik Lounge überhaupt am richtigen Ort sei und wieso sie nicht besser isoliert werden könnte. Wir stellten gleich einmal fest in den ersten 2 Tagen, dass für 300 Hotelzimmer der Frühstückraum absolut zu klein ist und auch die Liegestühle am Strand waren zu wenig vorhanden. Zudem fanden wir ebenfalls die 4 Liftaufzüge für ein Hotel, welches mehr als 300 Menschen beherbergen kann, ist absolut zu wenig. Generelle war unser Fazit für ein Hotel, welches 5 Sterne aufzeigt, dass es dringend renoviert werden muss, damit es die 5 Sterne behalten kann. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist veraltet, es braucht eine Neuanstrich und Neumöbilierung. Was wir gut fanden, war die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals: Auch wenn wir zwischendrin etwas zu "meckern" hatten, waren Sie sehr hilfsbereit. Hervorheben wollen wir die hohe Dienstleistungsqualität von Hussein, der uns beim Frühstücktisch jeden fast jeden Wunsch erfüllte.

The breakfast staff were friendly, but the breakfast was the same every day with no variety. Room service was poor, we had to call multiple times to get basic items like coffee and hand soap. One night at around 2 a.m., a guest was shouting and no one from the hotel managed the situation. For two days, the water was too hot even for washing hands. Overall, I would not stay here again.
