No towles in the room had to call 4 times but i did get them

Polite staff. Dibin at reception very helpful to change my room immediately. Other security staff friendly and chatty. Swimming pool staff helpul and clean. Close to city centre walkeble distances mcdonald's open 24 hrs inside mall. Handy store on 3rd floor buy milk ans various options Restaurant on gound floor friendly staff and nice pastries Wifi access faster and convenient across the property. Recommended place to stay and visit Qatar for best amazing experience. Uber best option easy cheap and faster availability. Metro station closely 10 min walking distance and clean trains.

I like the location and the views around. I didn't like the way they provided breakfast in the rooms and there was no variety of options.

El apartamento de tres habitaciones es muy, muy amplia (150 m2 aproximadamente). Dos habitaciones con cama doble, una de ellas con baño completo ensuite y otra habitación con dos camas. Todas las habitaciones con tv de plasma. El salón es muy grande y cómodo con una gran mesa, y tres sofás. además del baño de la habitación principal, hay otro baño completo y un aseo en la entrada del apartamento. La cocina es independiente y tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, vitrocerámica con cinco fuegos, combi completo, lavadora y lavavajillas. Ahora viene lo menos bueno que solo es referido a la parte de la cocina, no hay prácticamente menage de cocina, nos encontramos conn 3 tenedor y tres cuchillos y cuatro cucharas y solo dos sartenes pequeñas. He enumerado todo el menage. Les pedimos algo más nos dieron hasta completar seis cuchillos, seis tenedores y seis cucharas. Puedes cocinar pero cosas sencillas. También, como algo positivo es que te limpian el apartamento todos los días. También reseñar que te piden un depósito, en efectivo, nosotros les dimos 100 euros y fue suficiente.

Great place. Good price. Good service

I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms and living room were really spacious. The kitchen was separated, which was nice. The whole suite could use an update. It's just dated. The customer service, I thought, was pretty good.

الفندق الأثاث في قديم بعض الشي وتم تدفع غرامة فقدان بطاقة الغرفة ٥٠ ريال والبطاقة قمتها اقل من خمس ريال الفطور سندويشه صغير ومشروب ساخن وحلى فقط توجد تحويلات واعمال صيانة كثرة في الطريق حول الفندق توجد فنادق كثيرة بنفس السعر او اقل وانظف واجدد

Large spacious apartment within walking distance to shopping centre and food

This hotel is terrible. Customer service sucks! Can't recommend this hotel. I hate how they treat the guests.

The check out tooks more than 45 mins I haven’t experience that thing in other hotels

Everything was fine

We came in at 3:30 pm and still no available room. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the room. And staff cannot even tell us how long we are going to wait.

The stay went really well. We loved the spaceous unit and we were able to let friends come over to celebrate a party with us. The service of the attendants were really good too. However, there were TV’s but we couldnt access the channels. But other than that, the stay went really well.

nothing to say moor than "its a very old hotel with smell.

الطاقم متعاون جداً، وفي أثناء الأزمة الخليجية الأخيرة كانوا متفهمين وخلوقين لأقصى درجة. أشكرهم شكراً بحجم الأرض

So Disappointed , Old furniture ,dirty and no customer service at all. even you are guest ,the owner dont care and he can kick you out any time from any hotel facility he want to use and without any notice.

VERY SAFE AREA .A CLOSE MALL WITH CINEMA IS NEARBY. LOCATION IS ACCEPTABLE. SUITES STAFF ARE COOPERATIVE. GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND A SHORT TIME.

So old , the building is ancient, should not be rated as a five star hotel.

Very tired and in need of a renovation. Towels were 'grey' and fraying. Bedsheets were tired with rips and holes. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for the weekend (5 of us) and were only given 2 towels; however staff were accommodating when asked. All equipment was tired or lacking - we had to ask for hairdryer (then first one was broken). Some Light fittings & sockets were broken and tired. When asked staff were reluctant to assist us in getting a taxi. We won't return.

Nice location and walkable shopping mall nearby. Comfort rooms and good breakfast.
